This position gives you easy access to the north and south coasts of Cornwall and The Eden Project is just 10 minutes drive away. Nested within a rural picturesque valley on Bodmin Moor, The Wren is perfectly located in Cornwall and makes an ideal base for wedding guests attending Trevenna. Moorland walks and stunning lakes are all within close vicinity and both the North & South coasts are within a 30-40minute drive. The A30 & A38 are also easily accessible via car from the property.

Glynn Bull Pen was built as part of Glynn Estate early 1800s, we have renovated the barn to create a modern, light and spacious holiday retreat. A rural location, private and surrounded by trees, set in the beautiful Glynn Valley. We are close to Bodmin Parkway, with easy access to Cornwall's many tourist attractions such as Lanhydrock Estate (1 mile) Eden (20 minutes) and both north and south coast beaches. You have your own garden space, parking and many acres of quiet woodland to explore.

The Annex, Small Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a small double bed (190cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The main train line is 5 minutes walk from The Annex and makes Lostwithiel easy to get to for exploring Cornwall’s beautiful sights. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance.

Rural Barn Conversion, Boconnoc, Lostwithiel

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Bluebell cabin is set in a beautiful garden, surrounded by 620 acre’s of woodland with great walking and bike trails. Sit by the fire-bowl, in the great outdoors or snuggle by the wood burning stove. The cabin has shower/toilet, kitchenette. It's a lovely cosy space with lots of covered outside seating. Totally enclosed decking area ideal for dogs /privacy. Private hot tub outside your front door perfect to unwind in nature with your loved one. We also have a larger higher spec cabin.

Contemporary cabin situated right on the Camel Trail with stunning views over the Camel Valley. Cozy and stylish - The Cabin offers the perfect couples getaway and an ideal base to explore the stunning sights of Cornwall. The Camel Trail runs past the bottom of our garden and provides 19 miles of breathtaking car-free scenery between Padstow and Bodmin Moor. You can go on a steam train ride from Boscarne Junction and the renowned Camel Valley vineyard is with walking distance.

Accommodation includes Patio, outdoor seating area, open & close roof Pergola over new Hot Tub Berry Towers sits on the East edge of Bodmin Town close to local amenities but far enough removed to be quiet and peaceful, traffic is limited to residents and visitors and is therefore a quiet peaceful place to be. Just a three minute drive from the A30 slip road on quiet edge of Town roads which makes for easy access.

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.
