My group of four had a great stay here. No issues with communication and Harold was a huge help for us getting around the island. He gave us much better rates than the taxis. The view from the porch is amazing. AC unit was powerful enough to keep the whole place cool. Bathroom is large but it is outside so there are critters around. No issue with bugs in the house but we did get bitten by mosquitoes in the bathroom. They kept a can of bug spray in there so we started just spraying it around when we needed to be in there. The only cons I’d say are that if you aren’t a reasonably fit person the stairs up and down may be too much for you. You can drive to the top though if you’re renting a car then it wouldn’t be a problem. Also, you can hear absolutely everything happening on the floor above from the talking to toilets flushing. There are earplugs provided but if you are a light sleeper just keep that in mind. Despite that we would still rebook great house and great hosts! Recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view of the island was amazing. I think it was the the best view we have ever had at an Air BNB. Delano and Beige were very helpful. We enjoyed chatting with Gene while he cleaned the pool everyday. The pool was a nice place to relax after a long day sight seeing. Our room had everything we needed and more, including beach and snorkeling gear. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. Thomas!

10 out of 10! This place was just what we needed. It’s private and peaceful but close enough to the city. The check in process was straightforward. The host was very responsive and the house had all of the amenities of home. The view was amazing and very tranquil. I felt at ease in this beautiful oasis. Traveling there: It’s a bit scary if you are not familiar with the mountainous roads of St. Thomas. The steep hills will definitely require a 4x4 vehicle and I suggest that you rent one at the airport. Getting around will be tough without it. Just when you think that you are going the wrong way and you have literally hit rock bottom or Shore bottom, keep going ! You’re almost there! If you arrive at night, good luck! 🙏🏽 There are some stray cats and a very friendly but cautious dog hanging around. They are not bothersome or aggressive. We had a great stay at Sabrina's place! Beautiful views and very comfortable space. Beautiful beaches, market, and restaurants a short drive away. Beds were very comfortable. Sabrina was very friendly, responsive and had great local recommendations!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Tristen was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel completely at home. Her property manager was also incredibly helpful and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The views from the property are unmatched—panoramic sights of the Virgin Islands that left us speechless every single day. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our group of 9 had more than enough space. Each bedroom offered plenty of privacy, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool! It truly felt like our own private paradise. We would gladly stay here again the next time we’re in St. Thomas. Highly recommend!

We stayed with our sons and families, 10 in total, with a 2 and 1 year old. Norman was very helpful in communicating what was available for the little ones and having crib and pack & play set up. We had two levels of house that could be rented separately but we had both connected by outside stairs. We had enough kitchen cookware and utensils to cook breakfast and dinners at the house. The balcony had comfortable furniture and looks out over Magen Bay, which is beautiful. The house was large with lots of room. Living area had comfortable couch for evening family time. The pool wasn’t heated so was a bit chilly but it was December and sun wasn’t hitting it due to its low position in the sky. The hot tub was nice since we could keep it a bit cooler and kids played in it. Location is not walkable but everything was within a quick drive. The house is older but they have updated it and we had no issues. Appliances are newer. Driveway is steep but manageable. Good value for space and pool.

If you are looking to walk out of your rental on to the beach, this is not it. If you are looking for a rental that will save you a ton of money to spend on excursions etc, this is the place for you! This unit had plenty of room, housing the 4 of us very comfortably. Easy access, as a code provided 30 minutes prior to check in. Great view overlooking the ocean. Would happily stay here again :)

Beautiful home and location. We were there for a wedding at the Westin and very happy with how close it was and how easy it was to walk back and forth. It was just a few minute walk. The taxis do have some issue getting there but it was not a problem for us. We just went to the Westin to get one when needed. Communication with the host was very quick and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay in Frenchtown during Carnival! The location was perfect—close to all the events, steps away from a few restaurants and bars, but still peaceful. The space was clean, cozy, and had a lovely balcony patio overlooking the town—perfect for relaxing. There were also two sweet cats around, which I loved. The fridge had some light refreshments waiting when I arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. Any issues I had during my stay the host handled it quickly and professionally. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time at Avery’s studio. Avery’s place has always been top notch in cleanliness. It’s a very nice studio with wood vaulted ceilings and nicely decorated. There is a small store half a block away where one can buy water and other supplies. There is also a great bistro half a block away and the times I’ve been there the food has been very good. From Avery’s studio you can walk to downtown where there are restaurants and taxi services that can take you to the beaches. I would definitely recommend staying here, and hope to return. Great Central location to explore WI. Convenient to the ferry and the beach. Discounted golf cart rental was perfect!

Mark‘s place is truly amazing with the best view. If you are considering definitely get it you will not regret it in the view will take your breath away!!! Mark is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the lovely views and the peaceful, welcoming neighbors. My only complaint was that the beds were really firm, which isn't my preferred kind of mattress.

Beautiful views in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Easy to get around the island from here. Place was as described and Francis made the check-in/out process very easy.

My partner and I thought this was the perfect balance of value and quality. We did not want to overpay for amenities we didn’t need, particularly on an island with so much to do…but we definitely had standards we expected regarding comfort, safety, scenic views, and a warm feeling of “home”. One of the many highlights was the balcony aligned perfectly with the sunset. We ate every home meal out there. I’d come back here if/when back on the Island. I’d highly recommend it.

Beautiful views, comfortable and clean! Chris and Carol were excellent hosts. Very informative and communicated well. Responsive and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The AC worked great!!! Definitely follow the recommended temperature, it stays very comfortable. We did not want to leave!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

This is an absolute gem of a place, overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean folding into Bolongo Bay. Mornings began, and evenings ended, with the sights and sounds of this natural spectacle, with a 30-foot long balcony accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Well-located between Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook (each less than 15 minutes), + only 20 minutes due south of the stunning Magen's Bay Beach. The villa was clean and well-stocked with towels, kitchen/bathroom necessities, and beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, noodles, and even snorkel gear). Parking aplenty, with access to a small beach and a pair of pools. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living room + dining area made for plenty of room for our family of 4. Kerri was responsive, accommodating, and above-and-beyond helpful. She could not have been a better, more welcoming host. This place was a big part of our first trip to the USVI being the memorable vacation it was.

Me and my family travel to St thomas for first time not knowing what to expect. We kinda wanted to stay at a resort but everything was book and we found Tatiana place and read the reviews so we book it. We are so glad we booked her home. It was just like the pictures, we felt safe, the scenery was beautiful we loved everything about that place. We didn't want to leave. When we come back we will definitely be booking Tatiana place again. One big thing we loved was able to keep the balcony doors open. It has screen doors so bug don't go in but you can hear the waves crashing and it puts you to sleep like a baby.
