Open plan sitting/dining/kitchen on the 1st floor, which comfortably accommodates 6 guests, opening onto courtyard garden. Beach/town/pubs/shops/art studios/etc just 5 minutes walk away & the England Coast Path is a few yards from the house.

If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Within Walking distance of The West Somerset Railway and a variety of pubs, restaurants and takeaways. Located on a working farm and small riding school on the edge of the village of Williton. Please note we are a working farm so there will be associated noise and smells, we are also doing some alterations to the adjoining barn which may generate some daytime noise.
