Great place for our family to stay …we were out from Pennsylvania for a wedding. Enjoy the scenery and all went well. Would recommend it to anybody.!

This was my second time staying at this apartment and it was just as good if not better than the last time. Spotless unit and it made me feel right at home!

Paula and her family are wonderful hosts. They stay in the small home on property and you really don’t even know they are there. Paula shows the best amount hospitality. Stella ,their dog is the sweetest. They keep her on their part of the property. The cabin is one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Paula keeps a fully supplied kitchen with all you would need, if you like to cook your own meals. There’s a little ‘echo’ for playing your favorite music. Out in the backyard is a great hot tub. Privacy and having a peaceful experience is their M.O. We certainly had a peaceful and private experience. Paula makes great recommendations for anywhere you’d like to go from sight seeing & hiking to meals out. We went to the best coffee place in town on her recommendation and had to go everyday from the first time on. We went everyday for 1 week. It was the Hermosa Coffee house. The owner is super hospitable, she works with her daughters. She makes her own pastry. The maple bacon cinnamon roll is the best! The coffee is superb. Back to the house, the backyard is where we spent mornings reading and nights star gazing. The cabin is also central to lots of great South Dakota highlights, Custer state park, Mount Rushmore, the badlands, keystone, rock hunting, and downtown Custer. We would definitely stay again. We found South Dakota to take pride in being caring for others and hospitable. We loved our vacation. We loved our stay in Paula’s family cabin.

"Home Away From Home" was a very accurate description. We felt like we were staying with family. Our dogs loved the big, open yard to play ball and decompress after a long day of dog sports competitions. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. The owl theme in the house was a lot of fun. Ali, the host was amazing. She was very good at communicating and super responsive. When we walked in the house, it smelled awesome and was very clean. There were fresh flowers on the island. It was very refreshing to stay in such a welcoming home. Ali did all of the little things to make us feel like we were coming home at the end of a long day, and not just renting a hotel room. Thank you Ali for such an amazing experience!

Will stay again. Met all needs and very comfortable. We rented both units for 6 men, 2 trucks, 2 trailers and 6 ATVs. PLENTY OF ROOM FOR ALL. Could easily becoming back here. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay here. While it was mainly a home base while we explored the area, it definitely served its purpose and was comfortable to stay in. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was peaceful, but still close to the town. Raquel was quick with responses to our questions and proactive in reaching out about check in and check out. Also, check out was a breeze. The checklist was short and sweet, and I didn’t feel like I had to do half the cleaner’s jobs for them.

A great spring break getaway! The wildlife in the area was an extra special highlight! Megan is very responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

WE are traveling across the country and always wanted to visit Sturgis . WE did not want to stay in a hotel for 5 days. This was the perfect place clean quiet and all the comforts of home. I hope to come back again some day. Everything was easy and perfect. Pet friendly is always a must. Our little dog goes everywhere with us.
