Also on the ground floor is the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The mezzanine double bedroom overlooks the living area. On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets from your spacious patio and garden. You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Cherry Tree Cottage is ideal for that staycation, a base for visiting local attractions or a base for those working away from home.

Stargazing woodland yurt

Nestled away in a secluded Warwickshire woodland, we offer a tranquil glamping experience at The Roundhouse. Part of a collection of 4 woodland glamping units, all VERY generously spaced apart in their own sections of the woodlands. The Roundhouse is our most impressive woodland buildings, inspired by a yurt construction but much taller, boasting 29 sq meters with a stargazing dome on top, plus its own separate exclusive use shower and compost toilet huts.

Roslyn Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay and with a great fully enclosed garden you can bring your furry family member too. This modernised mid 1800’s cottage has 3 bedrooms and family bathroom and lots of character. With a dining and fully equipped modern kitchen and small utility room it’s a great place for a break. The village of Snitterfield has a pub and very well stocked village shop and play ground for younger children.

Paddock View

Not just somewhere to stay I hope to give you a 5* experience! Paddock View is an apartment newly built in 2025. There is a spiral staircase on the outside of the building to get to the apartment. A huge window and balcony presents amazing views of the paddocks and the countryside. Stylish and comfortable in the most peaceful of spaces. It’s east to forget the time. The most amazing sunsets can be seen with the right weather.
