This is the second time we've stayed in one of Joel and Angie's Thompson lofts, and this one is just as beautiful and comfortable as the first one. It was a convenient place for us to stay and have our two little grandchildren over for an afternoon. The apartment is clean and quiet except for the weekend restaurant music as described in the listing, and an occasional train, but the bedroom is buffered by the living room and bathroom, so it's muted. Kind of a fun vibe rather than annoying. Hosts are very patient and responsive to any questions that arise during stay.

Ann Margaret was a wonderful host, checking in regularly to make sure everything was working for me. She and Judy left many special touches around the space (delicious breakfast treats, glass bottles of filtered water, a heavy duty ice scraper for my car) to make it feel like a very personal experience despite the ample privacy. I loved the space which was homey in an elevated way. It was a great retreat for a busy visit to Ann Arbor.

Matt was an extremely responsive and customer focused host! His home was very clean and comfortable! The location was very conveniently located. We will definitely return and book with Matt on our future visits!!

This is a great location for accessing the best Ann Arbor has to offer. It was easy to walk to Kerrytown/Main Street and the walk to Central Campus was painless even for my young kids. It is a well maintained but older house with quirky electrical outlets and light switches. The house is well stocked with essentials and the house was relatively quiet and private given it's proximity to Main St. Would definitely stay here again.

The little pink shotgun had everything you could possibly need or want. It was well appointed and comfortable. I loved being able to spend a few days in the historic structure. The university and Depot Town are within walking distance. I felt I was home while staying and was sad to say goodbye! I will definitely be returning next time work brings me to Ypsilanti! Absolutely Loved Our Stay – 5 Stars! This Airbnb was truly a gem. The house was spotless when we arrived—everything felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully cared for. The new kitchen and bathroom were stunning; it’s clear the space has been recently updated with both style and comfort in mind. The location was fantastic, perfectly situated to explore the area without ever feeling too far from anything. But what really made this stay exceptional was the host. Kind, responsive, and above-and-beyond helpful. After we checked out, I realized I’d left something behind—and not only did they find it quickly, they mailed it back to me without hesitation. That kind of generosity and follow-through is rare and so appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Would absolutely book again!

The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was in a great location close to where we needed to go. It was well-equipped and convenient, making it a solid option for anyone visiting the area.

Five star accommodations and host. Peter home was amazing the pool and pool house is the best in the area. So many convenient amenities, great locations . Highly recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

The place was spacious and had lots of fun games available. The little theater room was great and even had a game console with games available to use. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with nice extra amenities (popcorn, snacks and a full bathroom kit in case you need it). Definitely plan on booking this place again when the pool opens!

I had no issues upon arrival entering the space. Easy, clear cut directions. Space is clean, tidy and perfect for a weekend getaway. Hot tub was nice with a great view of the lake. I felt comfortable staying here. I would visit again.

Kyle’s place was a great option for my cousins and I to stay! Very clean, and Kyle was a wonderful host. Highly recommend staying here e:)

Great place for my young son and I to explore Detroit on Spring Break. Safe neighborhood and parking in private driveway was great. The upstairs den was a surprising hit! House is decorated nicely.

Cute cottage. Judi was so accommodating and would definitely stay here again.

Great use of space! They pretty much thought of everything and gave a friendly and informative tour at the beginning of our stay. Wonderful hostess and wonderful stay 🙂

We spent a weekend in Ann Arbor and rented Ricky’s place. Had a slight issue upon arrival and Ricky went above and beyond - truly - to ensure everything exceeded our expectations. He is a genuinely kind person who really wants to be certain you enjoy your stay, versus being all about the money. With a son still in college there, we will be coming back numerous times and have found our new peace to stay!

The place was as described and we were very comfortable during our stay.

Great host 1st and foremost. The residence was extremely clean and I was very impressed... However, all three beds were very stiff and unforgiving and for me uncomfortable, wich made for restless nights. Also this is one of those locations you need to pay attention to fine print! You have no use of the pond just a view... If you do bring your pet be aware 3 other dogs on site, so I'm glad I didn't bring mine, she would have been stressed! This place should have been awesome, to be so secluded, but feel so restricted plus no washer and dryer... This amazing location and super host, went from oh wow that was worth the money. To okay definitely not a place to stay more than a day. No question 5 stars became 3 stats.

This was my second stay at Maureen's place. Very cozy and a perfect home base for my need to be in town. Look forward to staying again.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Peaceful, private, with an easy drive to get to many wonderful stores and restaurants. Naomi and Tom have thought of every detail and the decor shows that. Highly recommend :).

We stayed at Joseph's with our two young kiddos for three nights. We are super happy we found the house available and it lived up to its description 100%. The place is super cozy. The kitchen is GREAT. The main bedroom has a better mattress (and far superior pillows) than the JW Marriot we stayed at three weeks ago. Medium firmness and ultra-supportive! 10/10 on the mattress & bedding. THANK YOU!!! For the kids: The downstairs play area was much fun for our 4-1/2 yr-old girl and the air hockey was a blast. The bathroom had a kid's stool and the tub was kid-friendly (and still very comfortable for an adult). The house is very kid-friendly, but note that there is a staircase to the basement which is open to the main level. This was not a problem for us as our 1-3/4 yr-old was finally slightly intimidated by something (or he just didn't feel like making a break for it). For toddlers, you might ask about a gate. We would absolutely stay here again w/wo kids!

Lauren was very responsive from our initial booking all the way through check-in and check-out. When we had to make a change in our arrival or we had a question about the house she was quite accommodating. Once we arrived, we found the house was just as described. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, with a comfy Ann Arbor-themed decor. When we return to Ann Arbor we will definitely be staying in the house again!
