The rooms were exactly what we were expecting. It's hot up there but thankfully they have an A/C in both rooms!

Lisa was friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had. Her beautiful house was in a nice and quiet residential area which suited my needs. The room looked exactly as the pictures and descriptions, and had all the amenities I needed for my short trip. I hope to visit again soon!

Nadine and her husband were gracious hosts. Spotless room and private bathroom. Delicious coffee and fresh bread for breakfast.

U had a great experience staying at Julie's! She is a very responsive, friendly, and accommodating hostess. Our plans changed twice for thus trip, and she was very accepting both times. Moreover, Julie offered us an option we didn't count on, and this was very generous of her. The place is very nice, clean, and cozy. We had a pleasant two nights staying there. Thank you Julie for your hospitality!

Sharon was very gracious, and it was a pleasure to stay amongst her artwork, which represented a lifetime as a ceramic artist. Her daughter was there as well to ensure that everything went smoothly, and they were very open and welcoming.

Nadine and her husband were gracious and friendly hosts. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. I look forward to staying there again some day.

Janet was a great host. My only flag for future folks is that the Ann Arbor buses only come every hour, so you’ll either need a car or Uber/Lyft to get to the main parts of Ann Arbor. Great accommodations, just wish it were closer to campus!

The Magnolia Suite was a perfect spot for us while we were sightseeing with two teenagers in Detroit! It was very comfortable with lots of space and perfectly located for us to get around to visit the museums, have a meal out, and go to Belle Isle.

Lilli is a wonderful warm host! Very friendly. She serves breakfast to our room. The house is conveniently located to University of Michigan and downtown.

We needed three bedrooms for our stay, and Ian offered two separate units: the Zen Suite (one bedroom) located above the Cook Suite (two bedrooms). Each suite has its own separate entrance, which was OK with us. Both suites were clean and comfortable, and I particularly liked the interior design. The Zen Suite also had a hot tub on the large patio, which was a highlight of our stay. Check-in was easy. There's a nice grocery store just across the street and several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for a night and caught a show at royal oaks theater. I couldn’t not recommend this spot more. A few bucks more than a hotel room but so worth it. Insanely close to so many things, great spots to eat and drink, a market next door, quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable and private inside, cool basement vibes.

A very comfortable and clean unit. It was a good place to unwind for the night after a long day traveling. Although we didn't partake except for the La Croix, extra touches such as having a breakfast on the go were appreciated.

I am new to AirB&B and haven’t booked through the site yet. I had just started an account, as I was hoping to find a reasonable price place for my son to stay while he is working in Michigan. Steve Betty Shutt took a chance on me and my son and allowed him to stay there for the week. The owner sent a message asking a few questions before they approved the stay hours before check in they sent detailed instructions on how to get in, From where to park and enter the building. My son had a coworker who was trying to find a place and was looking like he could the owner was going to allow him to stay with my son if he couldn’t find a place. The place is clean, and new. The owners are very responsive and helpful with any questions. The place does have lots of heat, and an ac unit if too hot. Definitely would stay again!

One of the best AirBnB places I have ever been to. Josie and Conrad are superb hosts; cozy bedroom and clean private restroom and delicious breakfasts. They also provided free rides from/to Ann Arbor whenever needed. I will not consider any other places in my future visits to Ann Arbor.

Beautiful home and each room had a private bathroom. Even tho the place doesnt have AC the window unit was strong enough to keep the rooms comfortable. Tv was a smart tv so we were able to feel at home in bed at night. Location was easy to find and the pool was clean and wonderful to take a dip in. Breakfast was on time, delicious and homemade. Had a very fun time meeting the other guest and shareing stories while we ate :). Jen and her husband were a pleasure to stay with and talk to as well.

Could not have been more pleased with my weekend spent with Julie! Her neighborhood is beautiful, the room was cozy, & she is a Gem! Julie welcomed us into her home and we loved getting to know her over breakfast. Will definitely be coming back soon!!

we were welcomed to check in early to accommodate the schedule of our bicycle racing weekend. The garage was made available to lock up our bikes overnight. The two rooms were comfortable and quiet. we felt right at home as a hot full breakfast was cooked to order. we'd love to stay here again next time our plans bring us to this area.

They are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was amazing! Tip for future visitors...do not click 'get directions' from the airbnb app. It repeatedly took us to the opposite end of Lloyd Rd via Google Maps. The hosts provide clear written directions in their listing, use this instead! Completely our fault for not reading their instruction details thoroughly.
