this is the 2nd time I've stayed here both times I've enjoyed my stays and how friendly Geet is me and my friends love with spot and will continue to stay here 😂

One of the best places I’ve stayed. Nathalie’s place was super easy to find, private entrance, very clean, well lite at night and really quiet. The place was nicely furnished, convenient to UBS arena! New modern and clean bathroom and super comfortable king bed and very cute kitchen. The TV and internet access was easy to navigate as well. Definitely would like to go back whenever I’m in NY! Would give it a 10 out of 10! Perfect cozy getaway - home away from home!

I was overly pleased with this house. They provide small things that you may have forgotten. Like shampoo and toothbrushes. Each bedroom has an extra heater, fan, extra blankets, and a little beverage refrigerator. The top floor space is like a cute little apartment.They really tried to think of anything you may or may not need. So it was easy to be comfortable there.Perfect place for medium to extra large size families. Enjoyed sitting on porch. A beautiful cherry blossom tree lives in the front yard. Great neighborhood vibes. Close to NYC. 30 minutes from Central Park. If you have a vehicle, free parking in the driveway is super convenient. The hosts are sweet. You are not bothered by the apartment below. We would definitely book again.

Ben’s house was truly a storybook stay! Our family came into town for the Holidays to visit our daughter who lives a few towns over. The house is very charming and well equipped with everything you would need for any length stay. The location is really awesome! Plenty of excellent restaurants and shops that are walkable. The highlight of our stay was the train station right next door, it made going in and out of New York City very easy and pleasant. Overall Ben was a great host, he went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and we will be sure to look his house up again when we come back to the area.

Super friendly and response host. She was proactive and ensured I had everything I needed. Great spot and there is one cafe super close and lots of food options in 10 min walk.

Enjoyed the space, nice and private, for a solo trip definitely recommend. Easily accessible to transport such as bus and train stations near by. Felt overall safe and comfy. Thank you!

Great location to get to NYC close to bus station that takes you to the metro. Very helpful. Wonderful place matching the pictures. She is very detailed providing everything you need for a wonderful stay. Will recommend 100%.

The space is very efficiently used. The bed is comfortable and warm. Heaters allowed for quick warmup when first entering. For K-Cup users, the machine at the time of our stay was a 5-injector model. What a nice surprise, to have the best cup possible in the morning! One caveat: since the space is on the bottom floor and set into a hillside, there was no cell phone coverage for my AT&T iPhone. It was confusing until I realized it was sending and receiving the previous day's texts when I left in the morning.

It looked exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood felt safe and the airport was close by. It was easy for uber or Lyft to pick you up and is relatively close to the city.

Muy buen alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente, tanto para recorrer la zona como para ir a cualquier parte de Manhattan porque tiene estaciones de metro muy cercanas. La habitación cumple con lo necesario y esta todo muy limpio. El desayuno es un punto muy a favor, es una bebida caliente y algo para comer a elección, no es un desayuno abundante pero si muy rico y de buena calidad, y salís del hotel listo para recorrer!

Jasmine's place was great! Very comfortable, spacious, and had everything one could need for a weekend stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you could need to stay in and make some meals or just have your morning coffee. Rooms were very comfy, and Jasmine was so kind to have extra necessities in the bathroom for any unexpected emergencies. The area was very quiet and calm, felt very safe. Had a great stay overall, would definitely recommend!

The apartment was perfect for our family of five. Our host was very easy to communicate with. Subway entry is only 2 block away.

We enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped, spacious, modern and clean unit with all essential amenities. It is conveniently located in a quiet residential street and has a parking spot. It is a short drive to Liberty State Park in Jersey City, from where ferries depart to the Statue of Liberty, and close to the tunnels to New York City. The hosts were responsive, helpful and friendly. Our family had a wonderful time.

We hebben het fijn gehad in het appartement van Yolima en Maria. We voelden ons zeer welkom (ook door de boodschappen die er al waren voor een eerste ontbijt!) en Maria hielp ons met tips voor de bus naar Manhattan, die om de paar minuten vlakbij het appartement stopt. Rustige buurt maar ook binnen 20 minuten in Manhattan! We hebben genoten in Manhattan en bij Yolima en Maria.

I don’t even know where to begin! William was an AMAZING host. The first place my husband and I booked canceled last minute and William had no problem accommodating us. We are able to check in at 7pm after making the reservation around 6pm. The pictures do not do this place justice. William set up the sauna for us to use which was a truly relaxing experience. I could talk to William for hours, we had lots of conversation about various topics. The next morning he made us breakfast. We had bacon and eggs with croissants and coffee and OJ. This was a beautiful stay and it was well worth the money. William was just the cherry on top! I will definitely be staying here again!

Wir verbrachten zwei Tage in der Unterkunft von Ron. Sie war genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Von der Wohnung sind es nur einige Minuten Gehweg zur Subway-Station, von dort aus kommt man wunderbar ins Innerste von Manhattan. Alles verlief problemlos, gerne wieder.

David is welcoming and helpful; this is a great place to stay if you are needing to be in the vicinity (for me, visiting elder and getting some work done during parts of days). The room is cozy and clean, comfortable bed and good desk -- along with bits of friendly conversation, it suited me well. I'll be checking availability next time I'm back in the area.

6 out of 5 stars! This was a fantastic bed-n-breakfast experience with a lovely host who worked to ensure we had the perfect stay. This trip was a lovely, quiet getaway for us and a much needed break to unplug and unwind. Perfect location and near many parks for walking and hiking. Incredibly responsive host who made sure our favorite breakfast items were on hand. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again in the future!

Marie’s and Tom’s place is a very heartwarming home. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful! We could not resist the delicious breakfast every day. Their attention to details was superb. If we ever move back to NY we would love to move right next door to them! “Thank you Tom and Marie”

L’attention de l’hôte sur le respect du silence le soir est importante, de manière générale nous sommes chouchoutés. Très bien placé, on peut tout faire à pied en direction de central Park ou du Financial district en passant par east village ou soho ! Commerces et restaurants à moins de 5 min Merci à l’équipe qui m’a accueilli et offert le t-shirt !

Allen and Anne… are such an excellent hosts. They provide recommendations to places including personal opinion. This is a prime location close to subway which is very convenient. Room equipped with all what you need. Kudos to Allen and Anne. I will not hesitate to book this room again in the future.
