This place was perfect for our large group. To start plenty of parking in the drive way. Plenty of room in the house for everyone to not feel on top of eachother. The hot tub was great after a few long days of skiing. Lastly if you’re looking for a place close to the mountain it doesnt get much more convenient than this location. Also plenty of places to grab drinks or food near by. Would definitely stay here again

Super worth! We came here last week and loved it so much, we came this weekend too! Good dining recommendations from Daveo. He even saved us when our car was stuck in the snow! We truly appreciate his help. One million dollar view, one million points recommend! We'll come again next ski season!

Great stay at Jen’s beautiful chalet. Easy to communicate with and well equipped with many kitchen supplies and all the needed towels, linens, hairdryers, and a thoughtful welcome package. Only about 15 mins from the mountain and 10 mins to town. Thanks!

We had a great stay at this cozy Airbnb. Looks exactly like the pictures and is a perfect size for group of friends or family. We brought a dog and had no issues at all. The hosts were very kind and even helped us with some car troubles after an unexpected snow storm. Would recommend and overall great stay!

BLUF - great value, we would stay here again. Mike’s place was a great value. We had a family of four And there was plenty of space. Our kids liked the separate beds in their room upstairs. Main living area is at ground level. Two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs (where we stayed). Same in the basement. Pictures are an accurate representation of what you’ll get. Location is good. It’s about 15 minute drive to Stowe for skiing and about a five minute drive to the town. Access to the recreation Trail was pretty easy as well, but you will need to drive to one of the parking areas. Fireplace is nice, but you will need to bring your own firewood and kindling and fire starters. Full-size washer and dryer was great for handling laundry. There’s a mudroom for storing your ski gear.

James is a great host! We didn’t have many questions but the few we did he is very responsive. Place was great and felt right at home. Looking forward to renting from James in my future trips to Vermont! 5 star service!

comfy and cozy. perfect place to stay to ski. mattress was very comfortable. it was quiet as well. nice to be able to pull up to door for unloading. kitchen sufficient for whatever you want to make. we will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at this unit. The house had everything we needed and the proximity to Montpelier was great.

Nice apartment, as pictured. Comfy bed, high quality linens and towels. Quiet area. Host is very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. Only negative is that it not really what I would call walkable in the winter. Banks of snow on both sides of the road and no where to get off the road if a plow should happen to go by. (It snowed almost daily when we were there.) I found myself driving the 2 mins to take my dog to Stowe’s Rec Trail a lot. The trail is really very nice but not walk-out-the-door convenient.

We love our stay. Kitchen was well stocked which made cooking easy. Bathrooms were spotless. Kids loved the games. TVs were huge and we enjoyed watching movies after a long day skiing. Very convenient to ski Stowe. The pool, hot tub and sauna at the community center were great!

The apartment was beautifully maintained and updated with everything you want for a getaway and the Lil extras like bottles of water, cups, luxurious linens, etc Jennifer is a proactive and helpful host who provided clear instructions. We look forward to staying again!

Everything was great during our stay. It was raining during our stay and there were nice touches like a spare umbrella we could’ve grabbed and a spot to drop our wet/muddy shoes. Location was perfect and just a street over from all of the restaurants and shops. We didn’t have any issues getting to the are. Just as a heads up to any future guests that the green door is a dark green and may appear to be black if it’s raining/very overcast! The GPS took us to the right property - so look for that or if you’re not like us & listen to your GPS you’ll be fine :) Jena was very responsive with any questions we had and the unit was clean and spacious. The electric fireplace was a cozy touch, too!

The location is great for a ski weekend at Stowe. Walkable to restaurants and a short drive to the lifts. Breakfast at Butler's Pantry is a must! The apartment is clean and would be great for a longer stay. Highly recommend it. We will be back!

The apartment gives a feeling of nice cozy cabin in the middle of the woods. The area around is very calm and beautiful (Not sure about weekends in peak season, we were there on weekdays during peak fall). There are beautiful trails right in the backyard. It is great value for money if you are there for leaf peeping. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful time and felt right at home!! Her place is SPOTLESS and cozy. Simone’s instructions to get there were perfect. Everything is well labeled (like which switches do what), USB ports on bedroom lamps., binder with check in/check out info. Couch is 10/10 for post-ski nap, beds and linens are super comfortable. Kitchen items look brand new. Shower pressure is also 10/10 There is a shuttle that takes you to the resort with a stop in this neighborhood (5-10 min walk), but uphill so with kids and ski gear we drove to resort each day (2-3 min drive). The houses in the neighborhood are spaced out so you don’t feel like you are right on top of someone but also aren’t completely secluded in the wilderness. We stayed Presidents’ Day weekend and skied Lincoln Peak. The lift lines moved quickly and didn’t feel overly crowded. This rental was priced higher than other rentals we considered, but based on pristine condition and ease of our stay it was worth it!!!

This Villa at Trapp Family Lodge is large and comfortable. It fullfills all the basics for a winter cross-country ski vacation and not far from Mount Mansfield for downhill skiing, and is as described. The General facility and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Fortunately we had the good fortune to have had very good weather - a bit on the cool side, but really good snow and the whole week the ski conditions were very good. A great place to gather.

Very nice home with great amenities. Great location to and from everything. Nicely distributed with space for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the home has plenty of towels etc. Overall it was a great place for weekend or longer. Maria was easy to communicate with and there were no issues.
