My wife, infant, and I loved the place (well my infant probably was indifferent). It was easy to check-in. It was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely come back.

This place is a little peace on earth! We loved it felt like we were the only ones on the lake. This is our go to for sure from now on. Had everything we needed sitting by the fire every night was so nice at the end of a long hot day in the boat.

We really enjoyed renting both units of the duplex. We were there with another family so it was nice to have our own spaces.

About 3 years ago we started going to the antique show in Round top for our anniversary. I have stayed in another cabin and once in a horrible hotel. This place, awesome! I loved the uniqueness of the 1890's cabin, with its open area for living, dining and kitchen on the ground floor to its loft bedroom with the balcony. It was very quiet, felt very secluded. This was our 30th anniversary and this cabin made it a little more special. My husband tells me this kind of home is his dream and I am good with it. I'm hoping to be able to snag it again next year! Thank you!

We had a very relaxing weekend. It's only a few minutes' drive from the lake. There's a store located 5 mins from the place which was convenient. Kristen's a fantastic host!

Cozy spot, we enjoyed our stay. A very nice getaway for the New Year. Nice touch to have breakfast items available and a full kitchen.

what a great little hideaway in the middle of everything! sooooo cozy and romantic 🩵 we celebrated our 36th anniversary there and Brandi had a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers waiting for us by the bed. highly HIGHLY recommend a stay here! for sure we’ll come again and stay longer! thank you Brandi it was wonderful!

The booking and check-in were seamless. Good communication. Gorgeous area. Very close to where we needed to be. Enjoyed the back porch in the evenings for cigars and cocktails. Accommodations were spotless and very comfortable. Definitely will look at staying here again.

The location was absolutely perfect – peaceful and in an ideal spot! The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions, which made the experience even better. Everything was clean, and the bathroom was a good size. However, the lack of a sink and microwave in the kitchen, along with a shortage of utensils and no towel bar in the bathroom, made it a bit uncomfortable. It's a place more suited for a one-night stay.

Kathy’s place was perfect for our short stay in Round Top! We felt right at home and it was a quaint little place to stay after being out all day! Would recommend :)

Carmen was extremely communicative and made sure we were pleased with our stay, check in, and amenities. She also offered dining recommendations. We had some great breakfast tacos at La Gordito Valez. We got to see some nutrias swimming and there were many birds! We felt relaxed and recharged!

This house was awesome! Beautiful living room with large windows gave us great views of the woods surrounding us. Very neat loft space that the kids loved hanging out in, and we spent a decent amount of time on the deck. If you’re looking for peaceful place to getaway, this is a great option.

This cabin was the perfect country retreat with beautiful peaceful surroundings. A nice place to come back to after a busy day shopping. Full kitchen allows for preparing and cooking any meal, we shopped at HEB in Brenham before arriving.

2nd time staying here - perfect both times! Will definitely be back.

Had a last minute girls trip to Round Top and found Kathy’s place!!! Kathy sent me her number for easier communication, and was greatly appreciated!!! Wasn’t far from town, quiet, clean and comfortable! We had a great time staying here! Will stay her again!!! Thank you Kathy for everything!!!
