wonderful place to stay, and very homie. host was excellent, all and all ah wonder stay

this studio is lovely and is perfect especially for light travelers. we were surprised by how many supplies/toiletries were available for guests. we only stayed one night so did not need much, but i think this spot is great for longer trips too. tall ceilings and almost no noice from upstairs neighbors. the cemetery across the street is a nice place to take a walk too ! it is so close to the strip district too just a very short drive away. tip for this location regarding parking: just note that due to the narrow street, everybody parks half the car on the sidewalk. just be aware if you have a car low to the ground like me, you may need to search for sections of the curb with lower height to avoid damaging your car. however, ample space is available, does not influence decision to book here again!

Paul's place was clean, cute, and cozy. It was easy to find, and his instructions to get inside were great. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept well. I'd definitely book with Paul again!

Wonderful stay. The space was perfect for our 2 adults and 2 kids. Walking to and from PNC Park and the Strip District was very easy and safe. We loved the fully stocked kitchen for meals and the outdoor space with a fire pit was a great touch. Very walkable and convenient location with a park and Giant Eagle about a 15min walk and easy access to highways and bridges to get around the area. Casey was so helpful and responsive and made everything so easy during our trip. We would definitely stay again!

The place was great and I felt right at home. It was easy to find, in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and looks exactly like the photos! I loved the bathroom, and I have to say, that is the most comfortable king bed I have ever slept in! Larry was a great host and quick to respond. A great place to stay!

Nicolette was an excellent host! This was our first time booking with AirB&B and she was amazing. Plenty of room for all our guest, clean and comfortable!

We had a great stay for the weekend and the off street parking was very nice. The walk down to Carson Street wasn't too bad but it is located higher up in the hills. Host does request photos of IDs prior to check-in and no guests over past midnight, which did feel a little weird for us since we haven't experienced that before with a stay. Totally understand the many possible reasons behind that, though we hoped it was a bit more disclosed in the title/description for the property (outside of the house rules which is a bit further down from the main listing info). Otherwise really great quiet location, easy walk to a lot of local spots and had a great stay.

Wowza ! One of the nicest most relaxing places we ever stayed ...swanky ❤️ It was perfect, detailed, fresh air , impeccable decor. The 3 seat couch perfect to stretch out and read . Sheets/bedding/decor high end ...so many details met to make it a perfect stay ! Thank-You Karen !

This was a great place to stay and I would say the reality was better than the pictures. Very clean and great quality from the furniture to the towels. Nice neighborhood that felt safe and family friendly. So much better experience than a hotel- we hope to be back again and will for sure be the first place we check. David is top notch

Paul was very communicative during the booking process and stay. Very nice place, comfy, great patio, parking right out front. Huge soaking tub- came in handy lol I had a foot injury two days prior and that was extremely awesome. Wasn't able due to work volume to explore the neighborhood, but he did give lots of recommendations that I wished I'd had time to visit!

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet location. We had a great stay while visiting CMU. We were able to walk to campus and to stores and restaurants from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting this area.

Second time staying with Harry. Apartment is great, pretty cool view open spacious balcony. Check in super easy on a keypad right on the door. Great location to the bars and over look literally a minute walk away, thanks Harry!

We had a great stay at Justine's place....and would definitely stay there again. The apartment was beautiful, clean and very cozy. Justine thought of every amenity imaginable...in fact, my husband forgot to pack his tooth brush....we were so happy to find an extra/brand new one available in the bathroom draw. Truly this place is a gem. There's also an awesome yoga studio about a min walking distance down the street with a tasty juice bar in front....coffee bar also about a 2 min walk. The area felt safe and the apartment was very clean and happy.

Alex’s place was great. The location was perfect. It was a very walkable neighborhood but most of all it was a quiet neighborhood.

Milo's place was exactly as advertised. Clean house, all the amenities we needed, and fantastic views. Basic toiletries provided. Bring quarters so you can enjoy the binoculars on the sidewalk for the city skyline. (Not part of the rental, just nearby). Just a note for any future stayer - the beds are high but super comfortable.

Grisell is a fab host-flexible, communicative, and fun to chat with. The place is clean and just as described. I'll stay again.

great for our needs

What a fantastic week we had at Milo's property! All rooms were clean and comfortable. The furnishings are quirky but in a charming way. The balcony overlooking downtown Pittsburgh is arguably the best view you could find in the city, and great for people watching. Very walkable with lots of restaurants nearby, a convenient grocery store and PA liquor store. Very quick drive to the football and baseball stadiums on the North Shore. As others have mentioned, there is some street racing on Grand View but it never kept us from having a good nights' sleep. There are a fews sets of stairs to reach the second floor condo, but it was only a problem for us as we are seniors. Milo is a great host, always responding questions within a few minutes. Would definately stay there again!

The location was great for an event we were attending. Only Complaint would be noise upstairs in the middle of the night.

Was in town for a Steelers game and had never used Airbnb. Sam was professional and courteous. The place was clean, decorated well, and worth the price. Would definitely recommend/stay again.
