This is my 4th or 5th time staying at this home and I love everything about it. I brought my family this time and they loved it too! It’s corky and cool, great spaces, cute furniture, and has personality. I love the location as its close to a lot of great areas in Beaverton/Portland. The hosts are great ans always accomodating! Has everything you need!

Yuting’s place was actually a little larger than I needed, but that’s on me - with 3 ensuite bed+bath combos, and good workspaces, you could easily have several people doing WFH with no issue. It’s a well-laid-out split-level, so if you’re not up for stairs, it may not be your jam, but I appreciated getting my stairs in with my steps. The Main Bedroom suite’s separate deep tub was handy for soaking my weary bones, and there was never a lack of hot water, towels, or the like. Wifi was fast and easy to connect to, having the garage to park in and keep equipment (cart, bags) that I didn’t always need in was very handy. They had every utensil and amenity I needed, or could have needed, down to having a sewing kit for repairs, kid and toddler toys and seating tucked away, and plenty of room for storage. The place could easily serve for a longer stay with no issue at all. YuTing was easy to get ahold of and fast to respond and solve an issue I had when I arrived. 10/10 would stay again!

The house was great for our weekend stay in Portland. Had enough space for everyone and was close to all the activities. Neighborhood was quite and convenient to get to places. It was a great house and would stay again!

House inside was great and very clean. Love the Hot tub in the back, especially the multi color function inside the water. Very relaxing. Great location and easy to get in and out of. House was clean and seem larger then the photos. Worth it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Brookridge Retreat! We met some of our extended family in Portland for a long weekend, and everyone thoroughly loved this place. It was clean, cozy, and in a very convenient location. The deck and hot tub were a treat! We'd definitely stay here again, and appreciate the host's friendliness and timely responses.

Great place! Felt like we had a lot of room but still close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay and will come again if in the area.

This cute cottage style home has everything. From coffee, to comfy couch, great bed, easy access, a hot tube and good shower soap. But what i was most impressed with were the linen. There were wash cloths and the towels fit around my fat ass with no gap or me having to hold it. Yes, the next time we are in Portland I will be staying here. Oh, and there was a draw in the kitchen that had the little things you might need. Scissors, tape, phone chargers, etc. It is the little things for me. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

If you are looking for a place to relax in the wonderful Willamette Valley, this is it. The location gives visitors an opportunity to experience a wide range of activities-golf,tennis,hiking, wineries, restaurants, and shopping, while providing a setting to enjoy nature. The house is set up to accommodate a large group,but still allows for individual privacy. You can organize family games or find a spot to just sit and listen to bird song. The kitchen has everything needed for creating memorable meals and there are two grills for BBQ enthusiasts. Excellent wineries are located within 5-10 minutes (driving) and Newberg continues to expand its dining options. We were really well taken care of by the property owners and felt like they worked hard to make our stay comfortable. All of our group(5 adults) agreed that we would definitely return!
