Paul was an excellent host. The townhouse is very well thought and presented. Comfy memory foam beds, kids loved the movie style bedroom downstairs (as did I) and our dogs settled right in after a good sniff around.

Everything was amazing! The home was clean and comfortable. Anything we could possibly need was provided. Gina was quick to respond to questions and the location was fabulous. We’ll absolutely be back!

My family (husband, two kids ages 4 and 6 and our dog) and I greatly enjoyed our three night stay at Alex’s beautiful home. The photos were extremely accurate and we loved the eclectic and creative decorations. There were so many interesting pieces of art and trinkets to look at. The two bedrooms were spacious and had extremely comfortable beds. Everything was spotless and obviously well kept. The kitchen had every appliance we needed to be able to have all of our meals at the house if we wanted. The area was peaceful and in close proximity to the historical lower town of Harper’s Ferry. Even closer was the Bolivar Bread Bakery - a MUST visit. They had the best bread and baked goods I’ve ever tasted. We went every morning and even stocked up on our way home. Overall, I would recommend Alex’s home for a comfortable getaway to West Virginia.

Great house with three bedrooms. Had a lovely porch that we wanted to sue but it was too chilly. Got out the grill and cooked a lovely meal one night and walked to Lot 12 the next. Clearly has dogs so watch your step in the yard.

We had a great stay. The house is exactly as described - charming, a bit rustic, comfortable and clean. The location is fantastic. We walked into the lower town for dinner, did a longer hike right from the house, and walked to the nearby excellent bakery for breakfast each morning. As some reviewers have noted, the stairs are narrow and steep and require some care. Our dog wouldn’t use them, and we had our five-year-old scooch down slowly on her butt.

Although we ended up having a natural disaster the first day we got there, Courtney was more than helpful and gave us great advice on how to handle our situation and cancellation. She was also very thoughtful, understanding, and sympathetic throughout our dilemma.

Such a beautiful retreat - close to downtown Berkeley Springs but just far enough away to feel completely secluded. the view from every room and balcony was gorgeous. The house has nearly everything you need right there - we especially appreciated the kitchen having seasonings & all of the pots/pans/dishes you need to cook. Our goal was having a few days to rest and spend time with each other, and that's exactly what we were able to do. The game room was a real treat, and the bowl of conversation starters in the living room was such a fun way to hang out without just having the TV on.

Mary was a wonderful host, I loved how private the bnb was.she was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions.

Connor’s place was nice! We had a small girls trip for 2 nights. There is plenty of room and a nice back porch and covered outdoor seating! Perfect for a get away to Berkeley Springs or surrounding state parks.

WOW! What an amazing air bnb and property! Dawn was a great host and very attentive to our needs and great to talk with. We had dogs with us and were able to use the trails around the property to run them. I cannot wait to come back!

This cabin is so beautiful and peaceful - it is more amazing than the photos! Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cabin was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the marsh right across the street and exploring the beautiful property. The cabin has neighbors nearby but still feels very remote and private. We had a wonderful time!

A lovely cabin, and lovely hosts! They hosted our family get together and is was an absolute pleasure. Everything was in great working order, and was possibly the best stocked AirBnB I have ever been to in terms of having everything we needed. The location was quiet and tucked in the woods but still easy to get to, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. One of the least fussy short term rental experiences I have had. Our large family with kids and dogs felt right at home. We wouldn't hesitate for a minute to stay here again. Thank you!

Heather was fantastic! We had lost power due to storms and desperately needed a place to stay with our two dogs. It was a very last minute booking and she was super accommodating. She responded super fast to my messages. The place was super peaceful and clean. Would definitely book with her again!

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

My wife daughter and grandson had to make a quick trip for the weekend and this place was perfect.

We planned our stay for our road trip home to Massachusetts from Florida. We originally planned to stay two nights but as things happen we only made it for the second night, And man where we bummed when we didn’t get the full two days here. This cute home was just what we needed to end a crazy two weeks vacation to be able to chill and relax before our final drive home but still stuff to do to for us and the kids! Denny was great about our last minute change of plans and even offered us to stay an additional night; which if our time schedule had allowed we would have loved to! I told my husband I would love to come back just the two of us for a long weekend. We loved this stop on our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little cabin - it was less than 15 minutes to downtown Berkeley Springs, and while it was too cold for water activities, it was right off of the Cacapon River. The lodgings were super clean and we had all the pots, pans and utensils we needed for cooking. We hope to stay there again the next time we visit Berkeley Springs.

This is our second time staying at the house. Very peaceful, homey and open floor plan. Excellent home for a small family outing. Definitely recommend

The cabin was such a lovely spot for a getaway. It was equipped with everything we needed, made the stay feel like we were home away from home. Love that the house was equipped with entertainment (tvs, board games, pool/foosball in the basement), the backyard was the best part! Loved the hot tub and hanging by the fire pit at the end of each night. Definitely a spot worth visiting, our family can’t wait to come back in the future!

Originally, I wanted to stay at the local Inn, but I am so glad that we didn’t! This beautiful home was just a short walk to the hot springs and offered so much more than the inn could offer. All around a great experience.

Jeffrey & Leisa’s guest suite was just the relaxing getaway that we needed! Our dog loved their property and was fascinated watching their chickens, geese, ducks, and turkey (at a distance of course!). The suite was private with a layout that made the space feel large. We appreciate that they were able to accommodate our last-minute booking and very promptly help us with a question that came up. Highly recommend for your next getaway to wild, wonderful WV!
