Paul was an excellent host. The townhouse is very well thought and presented. Comfy memory foam beds, kids loved the movie style bedroom downstairs (as did I) and our dogs settled right in after a good sniff around.

It was a beautiful location and peaceful. The home is quaint and practical. I will book again in the future, when returning to Berkley Springs!

Although we ended up having a natural disaster the first day we got there, Courtney was more than helpful and gave us great advice on how to handle our situation and cancellation. She was also very thoughtful, understanding, and sympathetic throughout our dilemma.

This is our second time staying at Mary’s place and we will definitely be booking again. Great affordable dog friendly spot conveniently located between my home state of NJ and my new home in NC. Everything is as pictured and Mary is a lovely host.

This was a great stay for my wife, dog, and I. Jacqueline was an excellent communicator and answered the couple questions we had instantly. The place is very cozy and welcoming. The views didn’t prevent the unfortunately rainy weather from ruining a perfect weekend! Would definitely come back!

We loved Claudine’s home. We live in an old home ourselves and know that old homes are such a labor of love and it’s obvious Claudine takes great pride in her home. Claudine was an excellent host, she also provided us with updates as a big storm was coming in. The home was very close to the historical district, and Shepherd University. There was a lot of space for our family to spread out in. We will definitely be back. Thank you Claudine!

Beautiful location. I think it's amazing kayaks are provided, (wish we had stayed during summer months for that!) along with fishing gear. Games were fun with the kids, and the patio furniture and beds are comfortable.

A really charming house with beautiful decor inside: we loved the traditional yet also cool vibe, and appreciated the elegant bathroom and kitchen, and enjoyed using the projector to watch a movie on a rainy night. Walkable in 20min to Harpers along the canal trail (look for the little path through the trees on the left as you approach the road bridge). A perfect retreat!

LOVED this rental. Spacious, kitchen was great, location was fantastic, 2 blocks from a great park. Definitely would stay here again.

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend in Harper's Ferry at Erica's place! It has beautiful surroundings and is easy to walk, bike, or drive from to nearby activities, restaurants, and shops. We loved the hidden TV too - a design idea we might steal:) Really a great stay all around!

A friend & I stayed to cycle & hike Harper's Ferry & the Shepardstown area of the C&O. The placed checked all our important boxes..very clean, nice shower with hot water, very comfortable beds & furniture, very quiet, strong wifi. Download Google maps directions to get there as you might loose your cell connection. Same if you travel the area..download while on wifi at the house. When I saw the vintage GE electric stove with push button controls I though...wow will this thing work! Yes it works great! It heated up my hot water for tea & oatmeal faster than any modern stove! We had a great stay and will definitely stay again.

The location was perfect and so was everything else. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

Kim was awesome and super kind and helpful. The house was historic and old, incredibly nice and clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tammie's place is extremely clean & she thought of every little detail to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the horses in the pasture, the beautiful flowers, the bed, was comfortable & the living room was welcoming with its incredible view of the farmland. We are planning on making this a regular visit! We loved walking in the historical park downtown & look forward to taking the official tour next time. In our girls weekend, in Hagerstown we enjoyed thrifting & Marshalls & HomeGoods only 10 min away. Tammie is the sweetest & very welcoming...perfect hostess!! Cannot wait to come back!!

Bonnie’s place was a great little base camp for our weekend of hiking and exploring Harper’s Ferry. Definitely a great option if you want to be nearby the historic downtown. Bonnie was very kind and communicative leading up to our stay. She clearly wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Her ground floor apartment was clean and cozy; sort of cottage-y with a French flair and a touch of whimsy. It had everything we needed for a simple breakfast in the morning before heading out to hit the trails or explore downtown. We appreciated the snacks and bottles of water! The weather didn’t cooperate enough for us to make much use of the backyard space, but it was very cute and I did enjoy my coffee out there one morning. Definitely a great option for a weekend in Harper’s Ferry!
