this place was everything we needed it to be. super peaceful incredible view. us and the pup enjoyed it very much. Will be returning for sure!

Thank You for making my 54th birthday so pleasant and peaceful. The house is very private but at the same time it has glass window everywhere to let int he natural light. My favorite spot in the house was the back porch. It was private but the furniture was beautifully and comfortable. I spent hours just sitting and mediating out there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a family would need to make a complete meal. The shower head made me feel like I was in a spa. The towels mad me feel as if I was drying with clouds. ( I have to find out where they bought those towels. I LOVED this house and so did my group of women I brought with me. There was plenty of room for everyone. I will definitely rent this house again.

We enjoyed a quiet, peaceful time in nature to reconnect. The house was well stocked with what was needed and more. We had our choice of coffee makers, drip or French press, and there were even some non-perishable food items. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax. The hike to the creek was a little bit too steep for us, but we enjoyed walking around the back yard. One day there was a beautiful owl in the trees. There were also card games and puzzles for relaxing entertainment. Ashley was very kind and responsive when we contacted.

We loved staying here! It was very peaceful and quiet. Comfortable beds with fantastic linens and pillows - better than most rentals. Also lots of great unexpected details that just helped us out - like usb ports at the outlets, quality pots and pans that weren't over scratched up, fresh sponge at the sink for our use - details like these make a difference. Our only regret is not having enough time to finish the puzzle of the dogs on the rollercoaster. Hope we can get back there one day!!

Our second year staying and can’t wait to return next year for our annual girls trip! Love this cabin, it’s so comfortable and well stocked. Feels like home and it’s surrounded by such beautiful trees!

The cabin was such a lovely spot for a getaway. It was equipped with everything we needed, made the stay feel like we were home away from home. Love that the house was equipped with entertainment (tvs, board games, pool/foosball in the basement), the backyard was the best part! Loved the hot tub and hanging by the fire pit at the end of each night. Definitely a spot worth visiting, our family can’t wait to come back in the future!

This is our third time staying here. We love the peace and quiet, easy access in the mountains that doesn't require a 4x4 vehicle. We stock up on groceries from home or the local Food Lion in downtown Berkeley Springs, then make all of our meals. Our kids enjoy the sleeping loft upstairs and the main floor bedroom is quite comfortable, we all slept quite well on each respective bed. The view outside is great, the screened in porch is so nice to have, ensuring a bug-free, relaxing time out in the cool mountain air. The wood burning fireplace helps with the cozy factor when inside, and even though we go there to get away from all the fast movement in the city, it is also nice to have satellite TV just in case you are feeling up to watching a movie by the fire. We will definitely be going back again in the future.

This cabin is so beautiful and peaceful - it is more amazing than the photos! Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful, and the cabin was squeaky clean. We enjoyed walking to the marsh right across the street and exploring the beautiful property. The cabin has neighbors nearby but still feels very remote and private. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful cottage at a very convenient location off the Cacapon state park and 20 Mns from Berkeley springs. Which made it easy to spend a great 3 days filled with hiking, golfing, shooting at the Park and meandering through the town. In BS, definitely check out a movie at the local town theater with excellent popcorn with real butter! The view at the cottage was absolutely stunning! Well worth the hours just gazing at the setting sun.. and the night sky is lit with stars since ambient light is little. Communication with cottage rental was easy, fast and extremely professional. Thank you!

This place was beautiful! We had a little welcome gift waiting for us! There was an “oppsie” basket in each bathroom in case you forgot something which was wonderful. The views in the backyard alone were gorgeous and the home is so close to the state park with even more beautiful views!

The place was great, peaceful, comfortable. Amenities were as described. Great for a cozy girls weekend!

Katie’s place was AH-MAZING!!!!! We spent our annual cousins weekend here and it matched exactly what we needed. Not only was it so trendy and cute, it was clean and well stocked. We found everything we needed and then some. There were robes for us, cute hot tub towels, games, and even an espresso machine with everything to make a yummy latte. If that wasn’t enough, Katie was so kind and generous. Always quick to respond and even allowed us to get in early when we arrived a bit too soon!!!!! I can’t recommend this place enough! Don’t hesitate. Book right away!

Wonderful Airbnb. Exactly as described and shown. Spacious, clean, fun, and managed impeccably by its owners. My family and I hope to return, perhaps even annually. Just a great place to unwind, connect with nature, play games galore, and bond. Book this great getaway, you won’t regret it!

This is an absolutely amazing find! Super responsive host, extremely flexible with my check-ins and outs. The house was beautiful and clean, the fire pit was an amazing touch. The deck is perfect and so is the hot tub. The bed was extremely comfortable, check out was easy and he didn’t ask for much at all. I can’t get over how much I fell in love with this house.

Incredible stay, elegant furnishings, very peaceful setting and very helpful and communicative hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin - we are two moms with two kids and spent three nights there. The place was great for us - the kitchen was very well stocked and had all the appliances and things we needed for cooking which is often not the case at other rentals so it was much appreciated. The gas fire pit / table was perfect for making s’mores and hanging out in the evening. Very peaceful and relaxed place to be. We did a great hike in the Sleepy Creek area calls Devil’s Nose and the kids had a lot of fun crossing the river and getting to the lookout. It took about 2.5 hours with lots of stops and a picnic lunch.

The house was clean, the furniture comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the neighborhood quiet. We would return.

We had a great time! It was only about an hour drive out to Harper’s ferry where we saw a lot of historical sites, went hiking, and saw cute little shops. At the cabin, there is so much to do and it’s the perfect place to go for a private getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s Cabin! The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We slept great—the beds were super cozy—and we really enjoyed using the firepit in the evenings. Charging our EV was easy and convenient. Amy was very responsive and great host. The cabin is in a peaceful area with other neat cabins nearby, but we didn’t experience any noise. It’s also an easy drive to beautiful hikes and the charming Berkeley springs 30 min away. Just a small note: this cabin does not include access to the Woods sports center or pool, in case that’s important for your plans. But for us, it was perfect. We’d absolutely come back!

Amy was extremely accommodating. She quickly responded to all our questions and needs. Her place was perfect for the six of us. We felt comfortable, peaceful and safe. The “Little Red Cabin” had everything we needed and exceeded all our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!
