We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to stay there again. The location was perfect and walkable to so many places and areas. It was so clean as well. We really enjoyed the porch swing out front. We will be back!

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

This is a lovely large half of a duplex in a quiet neighborhood close to the university. It worked out especially well for us -- four adults and two children -- because we have family who live around the corner. The grandparents stayed upstairs in a spacious suite and the parents and kids had two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. It is very well-equipped and very comfortable. We had to put a lot of breakable beautiful things away in closets because we arrived with toddlers, but except for that, it was perfect with kids. There were even toys for them, which our grandkids really enjoyed and their mom appreciated. Bathtub also a plus with kids. The host is very responsive and happy to answer any questions. We hope to stay there again if we have another family gathering. We love Fayetteville -- both easy to get around and fun. The downtown square was magically lit for the holidays!

We had a great stay! The location is nicely tucked away (private), but at the same time, very conveniently positioned for all of the major areas of Fayetteville. The hosts were very proactive making sure the stay went well.

It felt like home. We had a large group and there were plenty of places to visit, play games, play darts and corn hole. The guys thought the TV was amazing! It was perfect: clean, up-to-date, great location. The hosts have thought of everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

Great location for both what I was in town for (gravel biking in Goshen) as well as proximity to downtown/campus by biking (or car). Neighborhood was peaceful with grocery stores and restaurants just around the corner, and biking paths are not too far away either. I appreciated Dean being flexible with an earlier check in time which allowed me to see more of Fayetteville than I otherwise would have. The first floor could be described as a bit dated and I found it to be a little dark down there but this would absolutely not stop me from staying here again.

A former Air BnB host, I am a touring musician and stay at A LOT of Air BnBs. Jay's place was up there among the best I've ever stayed. Super clean, well appointed with new, quality furniture, and all the amenities of home - a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and eating at home for six or more, great coffee & tea selections, bottled water, snacks, as well as tons of towels, blankets, etc. Will definitely be staying here from now on whenever I'm in NWA!

This was a last minute need that Hannah fulfilled without any problems. Hannah was so responsive and worked with me on a check-in time and was super friendly. The place was also just like the photos and descriptions and felt clean and welcoming. I'd stay again.

Glenn & Ginny's place in Fayetteville was just what our small group sought, and we would most definitely stay again! The unit matched precisely with the description and photos, with no surprises. Everything was clean, new, and in perfect working order. It had a nice layout, with three bedrooms upstairs, one with an en suite. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed to cook meals. Plenty of restaurant options were a short car ride away. The full access to the garage was a big plus. For those who may be light sleepers, the freeway nearby made traffic noise noticeable at times. That said, the heating/cooling in the unit worked great—there was no need to have the windows open if you didn't want them.

Highly recommend Courtney as a host and her home to stay! My husband and I and our two married kids stayed for Thanksgiving week. Place is so cute. Tons of room for all. Courtney was easy to communicate with and added special touches to make our stay even more enjoyable!!

Great spot to take advantage of nearby activities at University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. We were able to walk to both of those locations.

We were in both sides of the duplex with a high school mountain bike student athletes along with team staff. Ideal having multiple bedrooms & bathrooms plus 2 kitchens made cooking for 12 people a breeze. The only “negative” to note is that there is a railway line nearby and a freight train occasionally goes by - and you will definitely know when by the sound of the train horn (it happens but didn’t effect our happiness with the home).

Vincent’s communication was done in a timely manner. Was able to book this home last minute and everything went so smooth. The house was literally what you see in the photos. The cleanliness, the furniture, the amenities, etc., were all nothing short of amazing. Definitely will be booking with him again. 10 out of 10 highly recommend
