The condo is stunning—like stepping into an artist’s studio. Every corner is filled with captivating artwork, creating an inspiring and creative atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better. Just across the street is Pearl’s Bookstore, and within a short stroll, you’ll find the cozy Little Bread Co., the exceptional Atlas restaurant, and Maxine’s, a historic bar that still radiates its classic 1950s charm. We were visiting longtime friends who have lived in Fayetteville for over 20 years, and they hadn’t discovered this hidden gem. After seeing it, they’re planning to recommend it to friends and family for future visits.

Had a great stay with Wanderlust Co. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. There was only one parking spot available on site, however. Overall great experience.

Great location and spotless house! It was easy to find and was the perfect stay for my trip. Elizabeth was very responsive and gave me all the info I needed.

Nice little place just 1.5 miles from the UofArk campus and all that Fayetteville offers. Perfect for a campus visit, a game, or just visiting Fay if you want to save a little bit, you don’t need opulence, and you’re ok not being in the center of it all.

The place is perfect for a weekend getaway with family/friends. Walking distance to both DWR and Bud Walton as well as all that Dickson has to offer. We will be back!

The building was having issues with reading the codes on the key fobs. Wanderlust staff were very quick to respond and help with a resolution.

A very nice, modern condo next door to George's. A great spot especially if you are seeing a show. Food is everywhere by a short walk.

Parking instructions weren’t displayed in the listing, but when I messaged Mayra she was quick to respond and provide clear instructions. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again for future trips!

Great location and place to stay. Walking distance to Dixon street. Stephen was quick to answer any questions I had. Condo was clean and had everything needed. I would highly recommend staying there. I’ll be back for sure

The balcony stole the show. The Airbnb matched the description perfectly, but the view was better than expected. Two glass sliding doors opened the living room to the balcony, making it easy to enjoy the fresh air and scenery. I loved watching the moon rise over the trees and Dickson St lights below. The condo was beautiful. It was tastefully decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, and clean, spacious bathrooms. My favorite spot was the leather couch in the living room, perfect for relaxing. I felt very safe here. The building takes security seriously, requiring key fob access at multiple points to enter the building and use the elevators. The designated parking spot was convenient and secure. There was even a rolling basket by the elevator to help carry groceries and bags upstairs. The hosts were outstanding. They were quick to respond, flexible, and genuinely accommodating with our unpredictable schedule. They made the entire stay easy and welcoming.

This place is great. Very clean and modern. Just a short walk to UA campus. Unit overlooks Dickson, has a nice balcony. We felt very safe with parking and accessing the unit was easy. Owner was very responsive to questions/requests. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!
