Ashely’s place was the perfect spot for our group to get a girls weekend in close to Fayetteville. We loved the outdoor setup with projector and hot tub. Everything was clean and neat for us upon arrival and she was quick to respond. I had no worries we would need anything while on our stay. Would love to stay with Ashely again in the future!

Derek and Kristen were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast was such a treat, as they prepared it. They even took the time to sit and eat with us. We truly enjoyed this time with them, and even walked away with recipes. We enjoyed our stay much that we booked another trip before leaving.

Wyatt was helpful and responsive. His place worked great for riding the gravel roads around Hazel Valley.

Great location and place to stay. Walking distance to Dixon street. Stephen was quick to answer any questions I had. Condo was clean and had everything needed. I would highly recommend staying there. I’ll be back for sure

2nd stay at this gorgeous house and hopefully not my last!! Matt is an outstanding host and this house is gorgeous just like the pictures! What you don’t know until you stay is that the neighborhood is peaceful and filled with nature and yet literally right on the edge of campus. So, while you can walk to campus, or even to a few restaurants, you will also see deer (we saw a doe and her two babies), groundhogs, raccoon, and tons of birds. You will hear a symphony of birds all day as a matter of fact. You could totally forget you are in the city! Matt was super flexible and patient with us throughout our stay and helped us with anything and everything we needed!

Very cozy and clean place to stay while visiting family at University of Arkansas. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean with all of the amenities. They thought of everything. Kitchen was very well stocked and we were very comfortable. We traveled with 5 adults and there was more than enough room. Owner was very flexible and we really appreciated that. We will definitely stay again.

We had a house fire, I have cancer and we had no place to go. I contacted Nama and she gave us a peace of mind, knowing we had a warm, welcoming home to live for almost a month. The price was affordable, clean, comfortable and she made sure we had everything we needed. She even had Cox cable installed for us. We are so grateful for her hosting myself, my husband, my son and my service dog. Me and my family are so blessed to have her in our lives. We know she and her family are God sent and lifesavers. God’s blessings to her and her husband for hosting us as we are in search for a new home. 🙏🏽😇

We had a wonderful stay. So clean and so many snacks! Great location for go from here. Seemed so homey and comfortable from very first night. Leigh was wonderfully responsive to any questions. Would stay here again for sure if back in the area. My master bed was so comfortable! The air filled sofa bed was also wonderful for my daughter. There was excellent privacy and wonderful nic nacks that increased the homey feeling. Location, friendliness and cleanliness about sums this up! Great Value!!
