Average journey into London by train only 20 minutes from Watford Junction or 20 minutes by car. Very convenient for events at the Grove and Wembley Stadium and Arena.

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

This is a traditional old stable building which does make it unsuitable for disabled access. The location is situated in a quiet area with its own secure parking and easy access to transport links.
