We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

This is a spacious South facing Grade II listed property located close to Longleat and walking distance to supermarkets, town centre and the national award winning Warminster Town Park. We are located in the picturesque village of Horningsham, which is part of the Longleat Estate. This is a family room which sleeps up to 4. price starts at 1. The room features a double bed along with full sized bunk beds. A cot is available on request. The room's facilities are as follows: En-suite with shower over bath Breakfast Basket Smart TV Fridge Microwave Kettle Toaster This room has a private entrance and does not share facilities with any other guests.

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

The Den at Foxholes has been carefully renovated to create a luxurious, unique and stylish self-contained guest-suite. The Den is full of character. It is a private part of Foxholes House which dates back to the early 1700s and was once part of the Longleat Estate (The Marquess of Baths’ crest remains on the wall in the main part of the house). The property benefits from a tasteful bedroom, en suite shower room, modern kitchen/lounge, and a private patio with outside dining area.

The Coach House, unique country cottage, Somerset

Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house. Just a short drive to attractions like Longleat, Stonehenge and Centre Parks. Close to the beautiful city of Bath and arty towns of Bruton and Frome with their galleries, cafe-life and independent shops. Enjoy fresh eggs from our hens and warm your evenings with the wood-burning stove.

The Lodge at Cobweb Cottage

Listen closely and you may hear the lions at Longleat roar! Tucked down a quiet lane, on the edge of Longleat Safari Park, The Lodge at Cobweb Cottage is a delightful bolthole. Stepping through the front door, you will be met with a spacious yet cosy open plan living space with a modern shower-room. The bedroom with private balcony occupies the entirety of the first floor. From here there are delightful countryside views. Outside there is parking for two cars.
