I had a wonderful stay at this villa! The views were absolutely stunning—waking up to that scenery every day was a real treat. The overall ambiance was calm, cozy, and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were spacious and beautifully maintained, offering plenty of room to unwind, dine, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The staff was amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A special shoutout to the chef Ranga who was fantastic and prepared delicious hotel-style meals that made the experience feel even more luxurious. it was a truly memorable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with great service and stunning views.

Stayed for one night after landing in negombo, was just what was needed for a one night stop but also it was a huge villa that would be great to stay at longer for a large group, very cheap for the size

We loved the lodge, indoor-outdoor living in nature, such a beautiful view of the lake and mountains, the pool was refreshing and the staff were nice. The night was full of fireflies when we were there and the sounds of the jungle. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

As we had booked all four chalets, the host Dilum kindly provided the use of the villa at the end of drive. This was a significant and wonderful surprise. The villa was very spacious and was over and above our expectations. We enjoyed this space greatly and we were looked after brilliantly by Morgan. The breakfasts were tasty and always on time and more than we could eat everyday. Morgan also joined in with our impromptu cricket matches 🤩🫶 The space was private and luxurious and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone seeking something similar while exploring Dambulla and the surrounding tourist sites. We would definitely go there again 🙌🥰

Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay after a busy two week stay in Sri Lanka. Great staff who looked after us and made great recommendations for restaurants in Negombo. Loved the pool and gardens and view of the lake.

Sarah’s place was our last stop on a 10-day journey and it was the perfect way to end our holiday, by the beach, in a charming home with plenty of comforts and proximity to all the Negombo restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights and we recommend as a minimum stay to truly appreciate the place, the swimming pool and the beautiful sunsets over the Indian Ocean. The host was very helpful and sent detailed instructions on how to find the place and we also appreciated Nimanthi’s help who was always close by. We recommend this stay and we would be happy to return for another restful beachfront holiday at the Sandcastle.

This place had an amazing view of the city and was around a 20 minute tuk tuk ride to the city center. There was a super market at the bottom of the road, and food options nearby. The road that it sits on was a little steep but the tuk tuks can get you up there if needed. The place itself was beautiful and very clean. Would recommend.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It is a beautiful place in a secluded part of town tucked off the main road on a calm side street. The accommodation is beautiful, the rooms clean and super quiet and the ac works brilliantly. The host is so responsive and quick to reply. There are family and friends who are local and proved so helpful in finding local places as well as being great hosts and entertainers. I’d also strongly suggest getting dinner and breakfast cooked for you if the option is available, you won’t regret it, it was stunning and great value!! It felt so much more than just a place to stay, I feel I’ve had the full ‘Sri Lanka’ treatment that I hear so often about, warm, kind and full of laughter. Spencer home is a great place to stay. It really feels like home away from home. They treat their guest like a family, one call away host everytime I need something his always willing to help. Host was very friendly and helpfull very nice guy. I really reccommend the place. It's all near to everything very accessible place all worth the money and experience. 💯💯💯 Loved this place will surely come back and stay here again.

Frank was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was spacious and located in a peaceful neighbourhood. The care taker and Frank's parents were amiable and helpful. This was a good place to relax for our family of five specially during very warm and humid weather conditions

Very nice place not far from the main road. Appartment was clean, spacious with interesting details. Two rooms with huge beds, big living room with dining table and terrace. Our host was very responsive, waited for our arrival and even woke up very early morning to say goodbye. Outstanding thing i liked the most were ,,jungle sounds'' i enjoyed getting asleep with. I recommend!

Geesha Villa was just how it looked in the pictures, and we had a very satisfactory two-week stay here. The host was most helpful and was on hand to help us in a timely manner. Situated halfway down a cul-de-sac, there was very little activity. It was a short (5-minute) walk to the nearest supermarket (SPAR) and a 15-minute walk into Negombo town. A railway ran parallel to the road, but the trains weren't that frequent, and they caused no bother. All in all, it made a great base from which to explore Sri Lanka. My husband and I stayed at Jenneifer’s Airbnb for a second time, this time for four nights. We would highly recommend to stay here! It is peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view off of the deck. The highlight for us was the food! We had something different everyday for breakfast that was all delicious. We were also able to request dinner at a small additional fee, which was so convenient after a long day of travel. Jenneifer and her family were incredibly responsive and kind. They had such an amazing attention to detail and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They helped to arrange a tuk tuk for us get around. We hope to stay again!

We stayed for one night at Lucky‘s new „Farm-stay“ house. The listing is not updated yet, but still it was a very pleasant surprise for us. The house ist built on an untouched property/garden and is surrounded by nature. Yes, you should be aware that this is a more nature-near option. In our book a big plus on the total experience. He is finishing the Farm-stay at the moment and is adding sweet details like an outdoor shower. If you like to stay close to nature and don’t mind some insects and frogs then this is the place to stay at. Lucky was really nice and communicated very transparently. He also arranged a flexible pick-up (our train was quite delayed) and drop off in the morning. His wife did cook amazing dinner for a reasonable price even after we asked for it like one hour before. The included breakfast she made was also delicious. Overall they are great hosts and really do their best to make your stay the greatest!

Ein toller Gastgeber und eine tolle Unterkunft, hoch in den Bergen. Ajith ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, er hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt und sehr unterstützt bei der Organisation unserer Weiterfahrt. Auch sein Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir durften sogar unsere Wäsche in der Waschmaschine waschen und der gegrillte Fisch war ausgesprochen lecker. Vielen Dank Ajith für die tolle Zeit hoch in den Bergen 🙏

Het was een geweldig verblijf! Ze is een ontzettend lieve gastvrouw die 100% voor je gaat en meedenkt! Ze nam ons mee naar de lokale markt, een boottocht en gaf zelfs kookles! Haar ruimte is heel gaaf met een prachtige tuin, rooftop dakterras en zelf een tuin in huis. Binnen is het net een museum met unieke spullen van over de hele wereld! Echt een aanrader

Hashitha was a perfect host. Check in was quick and professional, but also personable. My host was in easy reach, if needed, but I was allowed my privacy. The whole experience was brilliantly enhanced, by being able to sit on the veranda and take in the fabulous gardens. All in all an experience to hold fond memories of.

Wow! This place is incredible, if you love golf you’ll be in heaven. I’ve never played at a more friendly club ever! The members are so welcoming and we made some awesome friends here that we will keep in touch with. Alan is a great host and did even more than required we feel really privileged to have met such wonderful people. His property is amazing, you won’t be disappointed, along with his care taker and house keeper we felt relaxed, safe and well looked after. Our 10 day stay here will be hard to beat, we can’t wait to come back!

I found this home to be an absolute surprise. All quality with really nice spaces. Upul was extremely serviceable and I love to stay there, close to the city, but enough peaceful. I will recommend this place for sure. Thanks!
