Fantastic location if you are active and like to walk. Easy walk to market, restaurants, drug store etc and not too far to heart of Frenchman and the Quarter. Cute yard and nice hot tub. Walls are somewhat thin but mostly very quiet when we were home and very quiet at night. Felt very comfortable and at home in this unit. Super clean!! King bed was sooooo comfortable. Loved so much extra bedding, pillows and blankets throughout. Great light!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and cared for. The host was truly exceptional — kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made such a difference and really set the tone for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. But the real showstopper? The pool — it was absolutely amazing! We spent hours there every day, whether swimming, lounging, or just soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect centerpiece for our week-long stay. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it honestly felt like a home away from home. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already talking about coming back. 10/10 — we couldn’t recommend this place more highly. If you’re looking for a special, memorable stay with outstanding hospitality, this is it.

It was a beautiful property and home! Every detail was thoughtful from pool towels outside, sun screen, charged speaker, everything you could need in the kitchen, pool toys and floats, little outdoor fire table, comfy beds. It was super clean and smelled great! The most beautiful and unique backyard I could have imagined! My kids loved the super deep pool and hot tub and so many fun lights at nighttime! Easy drive to downtown New Orleans, nice and generally quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants for anything you need! My only surprise was that the hosts live on the property, which wasn’t an issue as they were very friendly, I was just unaware! It was our first time in NOLA and staying here worked perfectly for our family of 6!

This place is fantastic. From the awesome staff to the beautifully renovated rooms to the incredible rooftop pool views, 888 Baronne is a must-stay location in Nola!

Garrett's place was absolutely wonderful from the moment we checked in. He was so thoughtful and even had a cold bottle of rosé available to celebrate our vow renewal, which was a lovely touch. The home was clean, welcoming, and felt safe for our children to play outside in the spacious backyard. We had a fantastic weekend, and the house had everything we needed. The upscale heated floors and automatic toilets were such a luxury, making everything feel extra comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home!

Our two families found this home to be quite comfortable. Slept well with comfy beds, good pillows and linens. A/C worked well and the space allowed for us to be together for meals etc. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool with some rain but it looked nice! We liked seeing a new area of NOLA for us…Mid-City (40min. easy walk to JazzFest) and Blue Oak BBQ for dinner. Overall very happy with our stay.

Absolutely beautiful home! It was perfect for our trip with enough space for everyone to enjoy their own space or hang out all together. Check in & check out was easy and the hosts were proactive, welcoming, and kind. I would definitely book again!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We weren't able to actually stay at the house because of Amtrak (flooding in Tennessee apparently). But we did a lot of fantasizing about the house and how great it would have been if we HAD made it. And maybe it's the stories we tell ourselves that are the best ones after all.

Spencer was a great host. He was very responsive in a timely manner and accommodating for our request. The house was very clean and already cooled when we got there. I definitely recommend this house to anyone

The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to make our holiday gathering feel extra special. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made preparing our Christmas dinner a breeze, and the spacious layout allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves comfortably. We especially appreciated the festive atmosphere and warmth of the home — it truly felt like our own little holiday retreat. Michael and Marcia were attentive and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Had a fabulous family Christmas vacation at this Airbnb! Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!
