Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

The Bleu was great. Very clean and comfortable. Met Bonnie while we were there. Very personable and asked if we needed anything making sure our stay was 5 star. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

this was my first ever airbnb experience and it was way better than i thought it was going to be. kat was incredibly nice and helpful when i had questions. she had clear directions on what to do about everything. the place was neat, clean, and peaceful. it was also a small walk from the beach which was amazing considering the low price. absolutely worth the money knowing that all the nearby hotels charge crazy amounts. if i were ever traveling back to panama city beach, i would get this airbnb again. thank you.

Was a great place to stay while in Destin/Miramar! Place was directly across from the beach, with private beach access. One of the best places I have stayed while in this area! Will book again for sure!

Pretty much was as expected only thing was the two beds are in the same room. Wasn’t thrilled about that but that was probably my misunderstanding and we made it work. Everything we needed was there. Great stay.

The location and accommodations were exactly what was advertised. If you’re looking to stay on the ocean with the easiest beach access then this is the place for you. Very easy check in process, beach chairs and umbrella were provided, no complaints and will return.

I really enjoyed this place. The views are absolutely amazing. The host is awesome and so helpful. The overall experience was one that I would definitely want again.

Location was absolutely beautiful overlooking the ocean. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. My group and I had a blast. Will definitely check out this property again. Beautiful house in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the community pool. The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with young kids. The bunk bed room worked perfect for our little ones.

Aimee’s bungalow could not have been more perfect for a relaxing couples getaway for my husband and myself and our two best friends! Location was so nice, close to the beach and easily accessible to Alys/Rosemary! We got ample usage from provided bikes, beach towels and chairs, and we are very grateful for those provisions! The house is decorated perfectly and felt cozy and chic. We spent a lot of time in the dreamy backyard oasis, it was all divine. Thank you, Aimee!

I couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. Carol was proactive and communication was outstanding. The place was exactly as you see in photos and was very clean. It had just a very short walk to the beach/beach access point. It was close to everything you’d want to do in PCB but with a little more privacy and laid back feel. I would definitely recommend the stay and would love to come back to the location.

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

Sunny Beaches is a wonderful beach vacation home in an upscale location. typical Florida Beach front community. lots of activity, dining, and entertainment close by. also plenty to do around the greater ft. Walton/Destin Metro area. we had a very nice time. the only real issues we had was the confusion regarding the use of the beach and the beach access. the private owners on either side of the public access have hired a manager who seems to think he knows the law better than what the city has posted on line. regardless, there is plenty of access to the amazing Gulf. thank you Hayley for providing such a wonderful beach vacation home.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay and would certainly return. The house was beautiful and decor was like the pictures. It felt like home the first night we stayed. Would recommend to anyone that likes to be close to the beach and just minutes from all the shopping and restaurants you could wish for. We really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you Chris. Bob Cheesman

I had a wonderful stay! The spacious layout was perfect for our group, and the walkable distance to the beach was a major plus. The free beach chairs and reserved spot made our beach days even more enjoyable. Our host was friendly and responsive, and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great beach getaway!

Perfect getaway. 30A can be hectic. At this location we were a few steps from the beach, and easy access to all the area has to offer. We often moved around by bikes and there are many restaurants and shops you can easily access. We could walk to inlet beach in just a few minutes. The house was spacious and it was nice to sit and relax in the porch or in the backyard by the fire

Chris was great! He was incredibly responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful time!

Anna's condo was beautifully decorated and serene. The balcony had a nice side view of the ocean and was a warm sunny place to sit late afternoon. The entrance had a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and we liked the cotton bedspread. The nice size TV's with streaming service was a bonus. We appreciated the shower spa experience. The kitchen had beautiful white dishes, clear glassware and nice stainless steel pots. We would recommend a crockpot or instant pot. The bathroom's were very clean. The walk to the beach was quick. We loved the private beach, white sand and aquamarine blue water. Bring your beach chairs and umbrella for your day on the beach. Overall Anna's place was perfect for our month stay. Thank you for all the special memories.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was extremely clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable beach vacation. The location was perfect — just a short walk to beach access, and it was really convenient having restaurants like The Perfect Pig right downstairs. The unit itself was cozy and thoughtfully stocked with all the little extras you need to get your trip started with ease. We also appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, checkout, and the helpful notes around the condo — it really showed the owner’s attention to detail. One of the highlights was how responsive and helpful the host was throughout our stay. Communication was quick and clear, which made everything even more stress-free. The building felt safe and quiet, and parking was easy to manage. Plus, having a Publix grocery store just a few minutes away made it simple to grab anything we needed during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and can not wait to come back.

It was all about the location-lakefront and walkability for me...a quick walk to the beach, Whale's Tail for fresh blackened grouper, Kilwin's overpriced but def worth it, ice cream, BadAss Coffee shop. The condo is in the gated Seascape resort which felt safe. I really enjoyed the screened in porch, lakefront view every am. Maria also provided beach towels and beach chairs. It could def be updated - bed covers reminded me of a motel and could use room darkening curtains, as the outside light is bright. I could hear people in the above units walking and entering at 11pm (at no fault of the hostess's). Overall, Maria was a responsive and accommodating hostess (when I wanted to check-in early). It was a spontaneous and relaxing spring break trip for me and my pup and loved how close I was to the beach WITH lake views. I appreciated that the condo was managed by Maria and not a rental company that has high cleaning charges and pet fees.

We were there for bike week. What I really liked was being able to park my motorbike under a sheltered port. Although it is only 500 and some square feet with the high ceilings it felt a lot bigger. I was very comfortable and the view was pretty. I would very much love to stay with you again. I felt safe and definitely needed the exercise of going up and down the stairs. My stay at David’s home was very nice everything was clean and beach was a 5-6 min walk to he had everything we need to go down to the beach chairs umbrella’s coolers. We highly recommend staying at David’s. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you David
