We were visiting family nearby and were so pleased with this home. It was quirky and full of character. The secure garden was perfect and everything was so neat and proper. It had excellent facilities and the little touches like coffee, tea and milk were perfect. The fact that dogs are allowed was very welcoming and kind. The only thing was the main road was quite loud but just bring some ear plugs and you’ll be absolutely fine. It’s worth it for this property which has everything you could need in a very beautiful village. We would 100% return if we came back to the area.

Just an amazing place, easily the nicest place we stayed on our 6 week vacation. A wonderfully comfortable and roomy suite for our last 3 nights before flying home. Very close to Liverpool, Chester and more. Highly recommend.

The place was perfect for our stay. We are a group of 7 school friends from all over the UK and USA who get together at different places in England every year. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which we have never managed before! The place was spotless and in a great location - 10 minutes walk from the train station. We also appreciated the lovely garden as we had the most wonderful weather! Would highly recommend. Thanks for hosting us.

We had an excellent stay at Katie’s Air B and B. There was a brief issue with the code for the key safe but Katie sorted it very quickly. The house is beautiful with all sorts of useful extra touches. Included a lovely welcome pack with nice treats in it. The house was immaculately clean and tidy. Very peaceful area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely couple of nights in Tracey's lovely home. It beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had comfy beds so 2 great night's sleep! The lounge was great to kick back and relax in with a glass of fizz. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. Great location- walking distance into Chester and all it's charm and great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tracey

we had a fantastic stay , the cottage was in a fantastic position for walking into Chester and enjoying the surroundings area. We had the most wonderful stay at Gillon's place, Gillon and his family were wonderful hosts from start to finish and the house and facilities were amazing, not forgetting our new house mate Margot the dog. We would have had the best time as a group wherever we were but the pool and surroundings made this weeekend extra special. Thank you so much for helping us create more incredible memories together.

Caravan was spacious, very clean and stocked with more than everything you need. Simplest easiest check in ever, Patricia's communication was great. Right across the road from the beach. Tip:- If you order a takeaway, try Laughing Buddha Chinese.

We booked last minute on Friday for our BH stay. The caravan is beautiful and private with gorgeous views over the Ribble valley. Julie and Faye were so responsive in their messages, I asked a LOT of questions haha but they were so helpful with lots of recommendations of things to do. The caravan is clean and has absolutely everything you need and more. We really loved staying there and will be booking again soon. Don’t think twice about booking! The decking facing the views was such a treat! Thanks Julie and Faye for a really lovely peaceful weekend! x

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

We had an amazing time in this stunning house! Would definitely recommend! Our dog loved it too, cosying up by the fire each night after long walks in the countryside. The views are stunning, the decor is stylish and super comfy. We had everything we needed. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay! Thank you!

Lovely stay. Everything you need. Clean and tidy. Beautiful views and very peaceful. Short walk to the reception and pool. Lovely to sit outside on the decking area. Kids loved the pool. Which was very clean. No toilets near the pool area at the moment, which isn't good when you need to go. We were told the pool was free but we had to pay. Which works out a lot when paying for adults and children. I think that is the holiday park rules though. Longridge was a few minutes drive and had many pubs and places to eat. Also has an excellent park for children. Enjoyed are stay and would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The house was spotless on arrival and the extras for breakfast were a really nice touch. The location on the canal was beautiful and we enjoyed the walk into Chester along the canal path. We visited both the Cheshire Cat and Ring O Bells in Christleton, both were a short walk from the cottage. The Sunday lunch at Ring O Bells was superb !! We would def recommend booking this airbnb for anyone visiting the area.

We had a fabulous few days at Garth Mill. Dan messaged to give us location/check in details & we were also offered an early check in which was perfect. The house is even better than described - pristine and decorated with immaculate taste. The only think I feel would improve it is a larger fridge - but that’s a minor quibble. There is so much history to the house and it is great to see all the old photos dotted about. Dan checked to see we had arrived safely and to make sure we knew he was available for any questions. Would highly recommend!

The place itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Every little detail was just perfect. It truly made my birthday weekend so special and fully worth it!
