Perfect spot for a weekend getaway, great view of the lake which was perfect for winter sunsets

The house was spacious and homey. Host gave great recommendations for the local beaches, ice cream store, and things to do. All cooking utensils and dishes needed were provided. All three showers had hot water and were clean. Beautiful garden. Plenty of extra linens. The pull-out couch was fairly uncomfortable but the other beds were as described. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer were very nice to have. There was no T-Mobile cell service but the wifi was very good and we had no issues with making phone calls using it. Overall a great stay and great value.

Wonderful location. Beautiful home. It was the perfect space for our family and we would stay there again. You can tell Stephanie put a lot of time and thought into this property to make it perfect for guests.

Cute house, plenty of beds and places to sleep. Great restaurants in walking distance. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond while staying. The only recommendations would be to have a fire pit, the weather was great and would have loved to spend more time outside.

We had a perfect stay. Everything was spotless. We’ve been coming to South Haven for 40+ years and we’ve stayed in numerous rentals. This was our favorite place! It was very clean, kind of secluded, and the outside living area was so peaceful and quiet. It’s one of those properties that you hesitate telling others about 😂😂

Great place and Clean

I needed a place close to downtown Grand Rapids and this property was a great fit. I could have walked to my downtown meeting in 15 minutes if it had not been raining.

Dennis and his wife were so nice. They wished me happy birthday. My father wasn’t feeling well so I had to leave a day before my reservation ended. Rushing to leave and I left my bracelet and they offered to send it to me. It was so welcoming and comfortable. I would love to come back when I visiting my daughter.

The house is a really cool early 1900s grand house in an incredibly nice neighborhood with two frank lloyd wright houses down the street. The house has all of the original features with tile bathroom and huge bathtub and awesome shower. Real neat to stay in such a well kept house! Breakfast was full on homemade gourmet with fresh peach tart and cool egg dish. Jane is a great cook!

Sherry and Tim made us feel at home, shared wonderful conversations, provided privacy, and served amazing breakfast. With Sherry’s technical understanding to the climate, their “original wine selection” is diverse and delicious. Tim’s Chef expertise is best in class, and their home is spaciously comfortable. My wife and I could not have enjoyed ourselves more and we will certainly repeat our stay. Highly recommend!

There’s not much more to say other than this was a great place to stay. Beautiful home, and beautiful people live here. We’ll be back Tracey!

We only had one night available to stay in Douglas and felt so lucky to find a spot at The Forest Inn. The updated property was just stunning and I wish there had been more time to enjoy just sitting on the wraparound porch or lounging in the games room. We did get a chance to dip into the pool, which was so peaceful. We saw deer roaming in the woods nearby the first afternoon and again while eating breakfast on the porch. I just loved every bit of our comfortable stay. It's walking distance to a favorite local beach and the walk along Lakeshore Drive with coffee in the morning was really relaxing. We'd love to stay again and plan to bike around the neighborhood and over to the downtown spots we love in both Saugatuck and Douglas. Definitely recommend a stay here.

We loved our stay! It was very comfortable, the food was great and the location was amazing! We loved the extremely short walk to the private beach. We also took advantage of the free bikes, our bike rides were one of my favorite memories. Very beautiful place and lovely hosts.

I cannot rave enough how much I LOVED Inisfree Farm. From the moment we arrived onto the property, I knew my husband and I were in for a treat. The most AMAZING HIDDEN GEM 💎 Bruce & Peggy are such gracious hosts with such beautiful personalities. You can see and feel the passion in what they do, from the delicious food prepared, to the wonderful conversation and charm in each room you enter. The special touches in our room made for a peaceful & romantic night. Please visit Inisfree Farm as you will be in for an AMAZING experience. I truly did not want to leave and can't wait to go back. Continuous blessings to Peggy, Bruce and son Patrick. Meeting the 3 of them is what I call a "God Wink"😉

We had such a lovely time at the Centennial Inn. The house is gorgeous, quiet, and within walking distance of downtown Holland. Centennial Park is right across the street, which made the view from our room fantastic. And don’t sleep on the continental breakfast! Great options, delicious, and great coffee on top of that.
