This was an awesome place to spend a few days enjoying the Oregon Coast. The condo was nicely furnished, quiet and had everything needed for a beach stay. Though we are older and couldn't do the stairs directly to the beach from the condo, the comfortable ground floor location and close by public beach access, fun shops and yummy eateries made it a great time. We hope to book again in the future. Thanks for allowing us to share your wonderful place!

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

This place is walking distance to the beach and restaurants that are open late. After a full day walking the beaches and climbing over tide pools, the hot tub is exactly what was needed to refresh your body for the next day. The place is perfect.

The stay at the Purple house went great! It was clean, very easy to find, accurately described, and I appreciated the book of local restaurants to help ease the search for dinner!

Beautiful space! After many years not visiting family in Oregon because we live on the east coast region, we enjoyed spending time here with our brother and sister-in-law. It is a gorgeous condo with views straight out to the ocean. A photographer’s dream location and close to quaint town to shop in. Will try to stay here again sometime.

Jason was a pleasure to work with in making the place easier for my partner to stay there even though the house was like new already. I recommend this property very highly and it is a tie whether it is because of Jason or the house.

Hostess Kristi provided great communication pre/during/post stay. Easy access, very clean, lots of space and comfortable beds for the four of us. We will definitely re-book with Kristi on our next visit to Florence.

Overall, we loved staying here! Lovely accommodations, very clean, good location in town - close enough to walk to Old Town. Lots of attention to detail. The outside area is glorious, with the garden, the hot tub and the sauna. We would return -- that said, a few things do need attention. - When others are in the adjoining unit, it's not like being next door, with sound muffled through walls. The main room for the smaller unit is on the other side of a thin door -- every word they say comes through, as well as whatever they're watching. The door should be insulated/soundproofed, and covered by a wall-hanging - an easy/inexpensive fix. - The tub should have a non-stick surface -- very slick while showering. Also, there could be a bathmat, outside the tub, for when we step out -- again, a potentially slick/fall situation. - We very much missed having a toaster - we couldn't find one in the otherwise well-stocked kitchen. We had FAR too many burnt-offerings in using the broiler.

Beautiful home and perfect set-up with living on all 3 levels. Made everyone feel comfortable with their own private area to relax. We easily walked to the beach with young children everyday. This rental had everything we needed to feel right at home 💕 Thank you Sarah for sharing your home with us!

Great location, easy walk to beach with beach supplies included, several delicious restaurants easily accessible. The inside was very unique, trendy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

Our family had a lovely stay, we enjoyed the ocean view and the ease of getting onto the beach easily. If you bring your groceries with you, you could park once and walk to everything! Some places have minimal pots/pans/utensils but Leah provided a well stocked kitchen that I appreciated for our cooking needs. We walked everywhere! To the gift shops, restaurants, Blue Pig Bakery (try their cinnamon roll!), and even Coast Park for their playground. We would love to return, thank you!

We really enjoyed this quiet Nye Beach condo. It was clean and well equipped in all areas. Excellent communication with the host and a view that can't be beat. It is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and other Nye Beach shops. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

Great stay and very easy instructions. I was able to check-in early which was a huge help. The place was very clean and comfy, would definitely stay here again.
