( FEE FOR SEASONAL HEATED POOL). Home is centrally located. You can see a lot in just a short trip yet still feel relaxed and away from it all. PET FRIENDLY-with approval. Boats or RV's are not allowed to be parked at the home - HOA rules. There is short term storage and the marina available to keep them nearby.

Our family beach house is located in the Bayshore Beach Club neighborhood of Waldport, OR with the Pacific Ocean out the back door. The house has its own little protected beach area in the backyard out of the wind. The upstairs has two bedrooms with king sized beds, a great room, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a new shower with two shower heads and a sliding door out to the back patio. Downstairs is a perfect hang out space. There's a sitting area, TV, bunk bed and queen bed.

Cozy, functional, convenient space to recharge and regroup on your journey! This is a SMALL unit attached to our garage - humble, but includes all the necessities. Washer & dryer, shower, a kitchenette, & of course TV and Wi-Fi make this space a perfect home base. Enjoy the inviting outdoor relaxation space on property, or head over to the beach which is only 3 minutes away by car. The Crestview golf club is 1 minute away and there’s a playground and disc golf course within a 5 minute walk.
