Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate. A light stylish apartment in a listed building with an outdoor terrace and views over the town. It is situated on the main High Street directly across the road from Arundel Castle. The location is central a step away from restaurants cafes, bars, bistros, lido and beautiful walks. The accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. THERE ARE JUST OVER 2 OUTSIDE STAIRCASES SO THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL- SPORRY.
