Karl's Haus

This is a cozy little private space located in a small Volga German community known for the St. Fidelis Catholic Church, or "The Cathedral of the Plains," built from 1908-1911. The parish was was declared a minor basilica in 2014 and is one of the "Eight Wonders of Kansas." Victoria is located approximately halfway between KC and Denver and just a mile from I-70. It's a great place to stay the night and still be able to ski the slopes of Colorado the next afternoon if that is your destination.

Brent & Jean’s Guesthouse Gorgeous KS Sunsets

This one bedroom House in the heart of the Midwest has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire property to yourself, complete with a fully appointed kitchen, and laundry in the bathroom. The exterior of the house boasts a large yard, and patio for relaxing. One claim to fame for Ness is the Historic Bank building. I would be happy to arrange a Free tour of this building as I am a member of the Bank Building Foundation. We also have some of the best quail and pheasant hunting around.

If you’re looking for a kitschy, fun experience with real vintage decor, you’ve found it! This 60's insurance agency, turned midcentury modern house, is located 1/2 block to main street- walk to food, shopping & FHSU! There are two bedrooms, and one bathroom all on one floor (no stairs!) with a walk in shower and vintage blue sink. Kitchen with coffee, cooking supplies and farm fresh eggs (in season). Cotton towels and sheets. Enjoy the vintage record player and and a madmen style bar set.

The Roost

1930's Limestone chicken house converted to a cabin. 1/4 mile off a paved highway. Interior space is 46 feet x 11 feet, with sloping ceiling. Tiled shower with built in seat.(No tub.) Fully appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the Smoky Hills. Several acres of native grassland with running stream to explore. Deer, turkey, bird watching, and other wildlife. If you are going walking, wear appropriate footwear. See the stars without city lights and enjoy the unbelievable quiet.

Cozy Cabin

Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Moscow Mule Landing

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. If you're still thirsty, hit up The Well down the road! Or escape with a book in the cozy book nook. End the night under the stars beside the fire pit and land in the velvet covered Cali King bed. Start your morning winning in the gym and enjoying the sunrise on the front porch with a hot or iced coffee!

Branded 5 Bunkhouse Farm & Kennel, no cleaning fee

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Branded 5 Stable. Quiet country roads, horses and more! Spacious, private and clean 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. We don't allow pets in apartment but do provide 3 roomy dog kennels or space in our garage for traveling kennels. Hunters welcome! Come and enjoy our many animal friends, pick up a brush or help us feed! You may also be treated to our boarders exercising horses while here. We are sorry but we do not offer horse back riding lessons at this time.

Cozy Farmhouse Cottage

Right off highway 24. Vintage reminders throughout this cozy farmhouse of a simpler time. A kitchen to please any cook! Enjoy a quiet moment on the old front porch. Lots of parking! Can accommodate large trailers. A touch of western lore, located midway between Denver and Kansas City and situated on the Solomon river valley. The Hideaway

This sweet hideaway is nestled in the historic heart of downtown Hays! This little hideaway is surrounded by rich history as it sits in the historic district of Hays. Built in 1918 as a hotel, Luke and Julisa Haines renovated it in 2015 wanting to preserve the history of this building as much as they could while adding to it its modern amenities. If these walls could speak oh the stories they would tell.

The Casita

The Casita is a private apartment, brightly lit & with plenty of space for you to relax & reflect in. The host has gone the extra mile to add special touches at every turn to make your stay smooth and pleasant. Our historic 1906 Cottage Garden guest house is located on I-70 half-way between Kansas City & Denver, Colorado in WaKeeney, KS. Stroll across the brick street to the adjacent park which surrounds the historic native limestone courthouse. Attractions include: The Smoky Valley Scenic Byway, The Christmas City of the High Plains, Shiloh Vineyard and Winery, Cedar Bluff Reservoir, and Castle Rock.
