A warm and comfortable home in a quiet spot in Omarama. The stylish kitchen is equipped with all utensils required to prepare a delicious meal. There is an air conditioner to take the chill off on those cooler days/nights. Set in Lake Pukaki in the Canterbury region, near Twizel, Pukaki Lakeside Getaway House has superb mountain and lake views. You have the whole house to yourselves, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, large dining and living areas with satellite flat-screen TV, wi-fi, a balcony/patio for outdoor living and 4 bedrooms. Lake Pukaki is a short walk down the hill from the house. Lake Tekapo is 50km away and the town of Twizel is 10km miles away. Mt Cook is a 40 minute drive away.

The Moorings

The Moorings is a special place to stay in Oamaru. You will never tire of the view over the harbour. The home itself is immaculate and stylishly renovated. The beds and linen are excellent quality. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The walk down the path to the house is well worth it. The home is close to the Penguin Colony, the old part of town and Scott's Brewery. Unfortunately, the house is not child-friendly. We are unable to take bookings which include young children.
