We had a lovely stay. The property matched the photos. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor entertainment space in the evenings

A wonderful spacious house. We enjoyed the tui and fantails in the trees. Best for adult families such as ours maybe. The deck was great in the hot weather in Hamilton over the Christmas period. 10 minutes from the airport and very close to a supermarket. Tom was great at communication with us. Check in was straight forward.

We loved our stay at Vicky's place and didn't want to leave!! Was exactly what we were after for our stay and so relaxing to retreat back there at the end of our busy day.

This is our family’s third stay at Charlotte’s and we hope it won’t be our last! Our family feels very comfortable staying here and can’t rave about it enough. There is everything you need, it’s a great location and Charlotte is amazing as a host and communicator. We are so grateful that Charlotte has had us back time and again.

Great to stay again at Matt's place. Lovely and welcoming, cozy and comfortable, beautiful decor, comfy beds, everything you need. This was our second stay in 2 years and we loved it. We will certainly stay again.

Lovely place, well appointed. The expansive view from the deck was very enjoyable while sitting at the outside table. Also very convenient distance to Waitomo Caves.

The house was perfect for our needs with 3 adults and 3 children it was spacious and clean with lots of space for the kids to play outside. They particularly loved the outside cubby house and space to ride their scooters. The house is a handy location and close to shops and restaurants. The host was easily contactable and we were able to easily extend our stay for an extra night with no hassles. Perfect house for families.

We had a great stay in Steve's house. The house had everything our family needed and the sofas and beds were very comfortable. The location was great for exploring the region. Also, the garden is beautiful with amazing views of the lake, which was very easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

A lovely tranquil place to visit. Easy check in and everything as expected. Katrina was quick to respond to our queries and extremely helpful. Perfect place for our needs.

Great spot, quiet location yet within easy walking distance of the township. Was a nice touch to arrive to a nice fire burning after a busy day. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for something with a nice comfortable homely feel, in or around Cambridge.

I didn't attend but I did the booking for a Secondary Schools Golf Team, who thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

We had an idyllic home away from home experience. Friendly owners, respectful of guests and quick to assist if required. The property was the perfect getaway, the gardens so beautiful, outdoor area to sit and watch rabbits and quail dashing around the grounds. Hope to stay again. Would highly recommend.

Always a pleasure to stay at Juliet's place. A wonderful, peaceful hideaway so close to town.

Beautiful, peaceful stay away from the city with stunning scenic views. Lovely furnishing and well thought out creature comforts for a home away from home feel. Our daughter loved the animals and the daffodil paddock as well. Would highly recommend this lovely Villa.

We are so happy with our stay! ☺️ Such a beautiful and wonderful space and atmosphere. Very spacious and we had an awesome time and made lots of great memories there! The sleep out is right next to the main road so could get a little noisy but other than that we had an excellent stay! We especially enjoyed the beautiful lounge area with the big windows - stunning views! We look forward to coming back someday for sure.

Communication was excellent. There were a couple of minor issues with the place, which can happen anywhere, but Sami responded immediately and resolved everything straight away — which is rare and very much appreciated. Thank you!

Cindy friendly and the accommodation was great. Clean and cottagey with plenty of space. So close to airport, handy for early morning flights. Was good for my manual wheelchair access. A bit of a lip to go over to the main access. Also small lip on outside bathroom door. Bathroom was huge, excellent for a wheelchair user able to use a shower stool.

We stayed at Fox Hollies for a week. It was everything we hoped and so much more. There is heaps of space both inside and in the covered garden. It’s beautifully designed with heaps of added extras to make an extended stay very comfortable. Although there’s no stove there is the ability to cook on the bbq, the hob, the air fryer and other appliances. Everything is well thought through. The bed is very comfortable with lovely soft linen. The dogs are a delight and greeted us every day with noisy excitement. We will definitely be back, thank you Emma

We can’t rate this property more highly It can’t be faulted and if we are ever back in this region again we will ABSOLUTELY stay again without question

Great stay, lovely and friendly pets. Place felt safe and Molly was quick to respond to any questions, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Perfect little hideaway! So close to the town centre with beautiful surroundings! We were surprised with how many amenities were within the cottage! The cottage is so much more spacious than we expected 10/10!!
