My house is a couple of short miles from Hilo town and offers, quite simply, the best ocean front view possible. You will look down upon crashing waves and out across the Bay to Hilo and to the surfers gliding down the silver waves. The view is dramatic but relaxing. During whale season, this is the best possible location for viewing. Sometimes they come so close you can look into their eyes. The house is fully equipped and air-conditioned. . This will be your Pacific vacation to remember.

Hilo Town on the Water

This property sits on Kalanianaole Park which is on Hilo Bay. Sit on the back porch and soak in the beautiful view. The Ice Pond is next door ( a local swimming spot) and connects to the ocean. Close to town, just 2 miles from the airport close to shopping and restaurants. We are in a busy area and there is noise but the location is convenient and the house is well equipped. If you are sensitive to noise this is not your house. If you want charm on the ponds of Hilo this is your house!

This great new solar home is located just 2 miles north of downtown Hilo while sitting on quiet acreage in a gated community overlooking the Hilo Bay and Coconut Island, 5 miles to the airport. The perfect balance of being in the country and close to everything! Very close to black sand beaches, surf, botanical gardens and waterfalls! Hilo Farmer’s Market, and Volcano National Park.
