Experience the Volcanic Plateau your way from this centrally located self-contained accommodation situated beside Hot Water Beach on beautiful Lake Taupo. The choices are plentiful in the North Islands adventure playground. Take advantage of experiences provided by local excursion and adventure operators or make use of the kayaks, bicycles, and beach and picnic gear available , on site, for your use. Dine at any one of the town's great restaurants or prepare your own meals and enjoy the outdoor spaces available at the property.

The guest suite is the entire lower level of my home, 2 bedrooms, kitchenette area to make light meals . The only bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom, therefore guests in other rooms will need to share. Comfy beds, large living area with view out to a beautiful private garden, with off street parking. 1 km toTe Puia thermal park and Waipa mountain bike park. 7 minutes to town center. 2 kms to New World supermarket. Base price is for up to 4 people, extra person fee $30 per night.

Located in quiet street close to shopping centres and restaurants. The guest wing is private with modern decor. The bnb has its own entrance. We have 2 spacious bdrms. 1 has a super king bed. Bdrm 2 has a king bed and a single bed. Living room has: TV, fridge, microwave, toaster, expresso coffee machine. Not a full kitchen but equipped with the basics. Large full size bathroom. Private patio area. Free wifi and off street parking. Children welcome. We have toys, books, porta cot, high chair.

Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.
