Fab wee bach, perfect for a get away to the beach. Great kitchen with everything you need, lots of different areas to chill. 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Lewis Farm is a great place nearby for strawberries, coffee etc. Log fire is a bonus. Dog friendly and fully fenced, our pup loved it!

Had a wonderful stay at Richard’s place! The place looked exactly like the photos and it was so lovely to have a garage to park in as well as being able to bring our dog. Appreciate all the small touches and great information booklet. The beds were comfy and the shower pressure was fantastic. Hope to stay again in the future!

Blackbird is a thoroughly comfy cosy nest for settling in and making the most of what Martinborough has to offer. Just a block back from the central square, handy to everything yet quiet. Plenty of comfortable space to relax both inside and out in the lovely private garden with various seating options. As chefs we appreciated a sizeable, very well appointed and supplied kitchen and dining area. With the bedroom, bathroom and common area set up it creates a flexible set up for two couples travelling together, a group of singles or a family. Very much a comfy home away from home. We stayed for a week and absolutely loved our time here. It really felt like a home away from home. There was everything we needed and Kate was quick to respond to any questions. Loved all of the birdlife and the walks to cable car and botanical gardens. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Wellington.

beautiful house, with garden and being very private with the front fence, entry by gate... we were in Naenae for a funeral, really appreciated to have the space to reflect and prepare ourselves for our last days with our sister/aunty/Nana.. Thankyou so Barbara for letting stay at St James..

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

The house was tidy, very well appointed, clean and gorgeous. The deck is huge and the proximity to the wineries and the square was perfect.

A wonderful place, with stunning views and real peacefulness while being close to vineyards, restaurants and (important with a two year old) playgrounds. The hosts could not have been more helpful - thank you.

We always stay here when we come to Martinborough and Greytown. It's the perfect location and we feel very comfortable. The bedding is pristine and the decor is pleasing to the eye. Very stylish, immaculately clean amd comfortable....ticks All boxes! We stay here atleast 3 times every year! Love ❤️ this accommodation amd highly recommend 👌

Great house for two families, we enjoyed the hot tub, children loved the communal pool, tennis court and trampoline! It was a great way to visit an area that didn’t seem to have a huge amount for children to do.

Thank you, what a lovely and special family home, it made for a magical and relaxing xmas break. Beautiful deco home with bohemian vibes. A spacious garden area to play led to an ethereal private pathway to the beach which was dotted with wild flowers. Original deco elements retained in the bathrooms. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with views. Would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks.

Right from the start we had good communications and a friendly welcome. Beautiful position and views and quiet and tranquil. Was a restful and peaceful 4 days. We were welcomed by Donna as we drove up to the house and she walked us to our rooms and explained everything to us showing us around the flat. There was fresh milk in the fridge along with chocolates and fruit from the garden. Dean was friendly and helpful, and we had several long conversations over the weekend about the property and the Kapiti Coast in general. The purpose of our stay was to relax but also visit the area with a view to moving to the Kapiti area, all our expectations were fulfilled, friendly people, lovely beaches and scenery and great weather. Regent Cottage was a lovely space for my friends and I to share for the weekend - nice and warm on arrival with the heat pump on; bottle of wine and other supplies were a welcome touch. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to everything, and a nice spacious property outdoors as well. Debra was quick and clear on communications when I needed to make an amendment to my booking. Great shower pressure and plenty of towels :) would love to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, surrounded by a beautiful garden and at walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bakery. Neighboring a reserve at the back was a bonus, so we had more space to play ball games. It was a great place to rest and relax, indoor or outdoor. Board games available to play when it rained. One thing to note is that the bedroom upstairs, although private, it doesn't have a door to block any noise from downstairs. It is a cute cottage with lots of space for everybody.

We had a fantastic stay at Sam's place, great location with the forest and beach close by. Our kids loved the house and section and such a bonus to be able to bring our dog! Barbara was super friendly and welcoming. Awesome Kiwi Bach vibes .

Lovely place set in a Vineyard. The cottage had everything you could need. We’ll be back for sure.

A very homey and cozy cottage with incredibly accommodating hosts. Our interisland ferry was delayed and our host had no issues accommodating for our late arrival.

A fabulous location close to city ferry, beaches and bush walks. Also easy walks to cafes and shops. We loved the privacy, the fenced courtyard so our dog was safe and a very comfortable bed. We appreciated the washing machine as we were there for a more extended stay, everything we needed to make simple meals, and space to work as well as relax. We highly recommend and will be back ourselves!
