Subhash and Suvarna Mahale are lovely host. We had a nice chat with them and they are very warm and welcoming. Apartment is neat and clean. Only problem is there is no restaurant nearby however if you plan you lunch and dinner then Gold Valley is best property to stay at near Kolad. I would recommend this property to others and Mr. And Mrs. Mahale will ensure your stay is memorable☺️

The house was squeaky clean and spacious with adequate amenities with a beautiful backyard. The linens were clean. Would have appreciated an extra blanket because it was a little cold.Fridge could have been a little cleaner.

Everything was spotless, from the living spaces to the bathrooms, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Fantastic place to stay. Incredible surroundings and view. The house provides everything you need for a quick visit or a longer stay. A fantastic host is Niyati. She made sure we would have a comfortable stay. Hema, our caregiver, was incredibly amiable and her food was delicious. I will definitely return.

Place was excellent, view was very awesome. Peaceful place . Samudrika is good host very cooperative, responsible . Her staff were good too

A few compelling reasons why you should consider Niyati's place 1. Stunning view from balcony. : It's as good as any other view in panchgani. Perfect for sipping tea and watching the sunrise, or just chilling in the evening with music. 2. The bathrooms are spotless & the flat is maintained well, on a everyday basis 3. The caretaker can cook, excellent meals. It's homely & not expensive. 4. It's close enough to the major tourist points. 5. Caution : There is no lift, so travelling with seniors could be an issue. 6. The host & caretaker are both easily accessible and helpful to fix any issue 7. Excellent amenities in the kitchen.

The place was amazing.. Very nice view. Great place worth the price paid. Rohit was very responsive and everything we needed was in the bnb. the place was very neat and clean.Woul d definitely recommend it to others. It's only 5-10 mins to Mapro garden and within 15 mins to other tourist places.
