Situated at your doorstep is the Historic Reform Hill along with the famous Murray to Mountains Rail Trail. The property features a bullnose verandah and all the modern facilities you need for an enjoyable stay, with 3 spacious guest rooms and large open plan living overlooking an outside deck.

Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. We lovingly restored it in 2020 and are delighted to open its doors to nature lovers and the style savvy seeking a peaceful respite. With sweeping views across the traditional lands of the Taungurung people, your only task is to relax and enjoy the view, sip a wine by the fire, take a bath or read a book. We’ve added all the creature comforts we love so that your stay is care-free.

Tea Garden Creek Cottage

Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Enjoying total seclusion, it is in easy reach of the King Valley wineries (17km), Milawa gourmet region (19km), historic Beechworth (37Km) and much more. Totally surrounded by vineyards and farmland, this is a newly renovated farmhouse house with all new appliances. With accommodation for 8 it is ideally suited for two families, multigeneration groups or just girls weekend away.
