A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Χωράει έως και 5 άτομα με 2 άνετα υπνοδωμάτια και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι. Η τοποθεσία είναι μοναδική καθώς συνδυάζει τη θέα βουνού και θάλασσας ενώ βρίσκεται μόλις 500 μέτρα από την εκκλησία του Αγίου Μακαρίου όπου διεξάγεται το έθιμο του ρουκετοπολεμου. The apartment has an extraordinary view overlooking the Aegean Sea and the coast of Cesme of Turkey . Due to it's position , you have access to city centre , many beautiful beaches, local market, cafes and taverns. I love travelling so I know what makes a traveller really happy. Enjoy your stay.

It is a floor appartment in Chios Harbour waterfront, exactly at the point of approaching ships from Piraeus and the Turkey. It is spacious and consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The House is newly renovated and furnished with 5 single beds and a sofa, a desk, wardrobes, electric cooker and microwave, washing machine, etc. It has a terrace at the side of waterfront, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the harbor.
