Our river house was built piece by piece to suit the needs of the people who know how to enjoy, the sunset , the music and river itselfe alone of with few friends still keeping it within the budget. Swimming pool is 11mx4,5m and has a heating/cooling and a Astral turbojet pump for swimming. Suitable for 2 persons overnight (or up to 4 with additional payout) and few friends visit during the day. No parties and huge gatherings. If you need a airport or similiar transfer we organise it!

Nestled on a secluded hillside, this eco-friendly retreat house blends modern and rustic elements with expansive glass walls, reclaimed wood, and stone accents. It features a huge garden and a pool that reflects the surrounding forest, complemented by a wooden deck, outdoor fireplace, pergola and barbeque. Inside, airy spaces include a grand stone fireplace, earthy décor, and panoramic views, as well as billiards and picado. The house has 2 serene bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Kuca za uzivanje i odmor se nalazi na 10 km od centra Valjeva i 10 km auto puta Milos Veliki. Nalazi se u mirnom delu sela Lukavac sa prelepim pogledom na venac valjevskih planina od Medvednika do Suvobora. Kuca poseduje dve spavaće sobe sa francuskim ležajem, dnevnu sobu sa kuhinjom i trpezarijom, kupatilo i terasu za rekreaciju i odmor. U dvorištu se nalaze bazen za opuštanje i letnja bašta sa rostiljem. Dvorište je ogradjeno biljkama i zatvoreno od pogleda prolaznika.
