公寓的空間規劃很好寬敞舒適且乾淨，室內該有的設備很齊全，像是洗衣機、衣櫃、全身鏡等的使用都很順手，備有的廚具、日常用品也很齊全，還貼心準備了茶包跟咖啡以及多種料理用的調味料。跟房東的溝通也很順暢，我們住得很愉快。

Wir haben mit vier Erwachsenen in dieser gemütlichen & gut ausgestatteten Wohnung gewohnt. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, mit einer Bäckerei direkt im Nachbarhaus, der Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür & mehreren Supermärkten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Mit dem ÖPNV ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum & auch beim Schloss Schönbrunn. Auch die Kommunikation mit Siegfried war ganz unkompliziert & es wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank & klare Empfehlung von uns für diese Wohnung

My group of 4 loved staying at Den's place. The space is exactly as pictured in the photos, very clean and nicely laid out. My friends and I felt right at home here, it was super comfortable to lounge around and be "home". Den has also thought of all amenities, as we're backpackers, we had to do laundry and Den had washing detergent and even a laundry basket! The location of the house is a quick walk to the main train station but also a quick walk to get onto the subway to get into downtown. Really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back!

We highly recommend this property and we had a great experience. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is in a great location, extremely closed to public transports which make travelling around Vienna an extremely pleasurable experience. The apartment is extremely clean, luminous and very well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Very detailed information supplied on how to reach and access the apartment. We asked for suggestions where to eat away from tourists and we were given very sound advice. We cannot thank our host enough for having made our visit in Vienna very pleasurable and cannot recommend them enough for their very welcoming attitude. 10/10

he place was wonderful - spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Honestly, it might be the first Airbnb I’ve stayed in that looked even better in real life than in the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay! Communication was smooth, and Kinka was extremely helpful and responsive throughout. While the location isn’t right in the city center, public transportation is just a 5-minute walk away, and the Opera House is easily reachable on foot in about 25 minutes. Thank you so much for a great stay! Highly recommended.

Wir waren zu Dritt für vier Tage in der Unterkunft. Alles war sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Chic decor , spotless clean yet has everything you need for a short stay. Supermarket round the corner, tram 52 right across the road. Hosts are always willing to help. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Vienna!

Alles tipptopp, gute U-Bahn und Tram-Anbindung, mit der man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstart ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte und auch ein paar Restaurants. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Internetverbindung, die immer wieder mal sehr schwach war.
