J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Jasna, je recommande cette location

The location is the hard to find, but the building is a little bit hard to find especially when we arrived at the night time. However, the host is very nice and we definitely have a very good stay.

Fantastisch verblijf – alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd! Ik heb enorm genoten van mijn verblijf in dit appartement. Vanaf het moment van aankomst was alles perfect geregeld. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien – schoon, comfortabel en met oog voor detail ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. De hosts waren geweldig: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen of tips. Je voelt je meteen welkom. De locatie is ook ideaal: centraal gelegen en op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Of je nu wilt ontspannen of eropuit wilt trekken, hier kan het allemaal. Kortom: een absolute aanrader. Ik kom hier zeker terug!

Прекрасные апартаменты! Мы провели чудесную неделю с моей мамой и двумя детьми. Нам было уютно, всё необходимое было в квартире. Хозяину спасибо за отзывчивость и за гибкость в вопросе заселения и выезда. Красивый балкон, отличная супер длинная ванная, всё чисто и эстетично.

Nice huge place to stay with family or friends. Fantastic view. Neighborhood absolutely amazing.

Excellent séjour à Novi Sad. L'appartement de Jovana est parfait pour un séjour en autonomie, et tout était très propre. Idéalement placé, entre le fleuve et le centre ville, juste à côté d'un petit parc. La communication a été parfaite, Jovana étant très réactive et me guidant parfaitement. Avec les petites attentions déposées, j'ai eu l'impression d'être comme à la maison. Merci pour tout.

Everything was literally as I expected- perfect! Very responsive host, always helps. Apartment is like on photos. Best experience I’ve ever had!

Initially we were going to go to a hotel for our last couple of days in Belgrade, Serbia after 2 months in Novi Sad. All the rooms were booked do to the European basketball tournament. Well that turned out to be a good thing because this place is great. What caught my eye initially was the price but seeing the pictures and realizing it was on the Sava River we decided this was it. It is a little bit out of the way but if you are looking for some peace and quiet this is the place. (Sometimes there are loud parties at night close by.) The main entrance is through a door to the lower deck area which also leads to the river. This area has a BBQ, bar, sink, other seating and wait fot it,.....party lights!!!!! To the right is a somewhat steep staircase to the living area with another door at the top. The upstairs also has another semi private deck overlooking the river. Being a total sun bum from California I spent most of my time on this deck. My partner but so much during the sunshine. Also at night the lights on the river are magical. The instructions with pictures for the TV, LED projector, sound system, wood burning stove and party lights were very clear. Awesome sound system by the way. Easy to connect your phone via Bluetooth and rock. The LED projector has a HDMI to USB-C cable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need plus an air popper, espresso machine, toaster, pots, pans, range and decent fridge. The couch/fold out bed was comfy as a couch and a bed. The deck furniture was perfect. Seriously, I lived in the sling beach chair. And prolly most important the place was very clean. The instructions to get here are very clear but the pictures are absolutley necessary. Since it is out of the way getting a taxi may be a challenge but the bus system is great. There is a bus stop on the main road next to the turn off for the property. Minutes away are great restaurants and bars along the river and lake. Dragan is a great host. He keeps in contact to make sure everything is perfect. We will definitly rent from him again.

Đorđe was very responsive and proactively organized our stay before we got there. He even informed us that early check-in was possible ahead of time. On arrival, he met us nearby at a place easy to find and get to, then directed us to the house to avoid certain undesirable road condition. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It was well stocked and the facilities were easy to use. We drove a car and there was no problem to visit places and eat. We did not spent much time in the outdoor areas and the pier. But they look like something a different family would enjoy. We recommend this place if you visit the area and don't mind living a little outside of the city center.

We really liked this place which was cozy, spacious outdoors and a delightful location by the Danube. The hosts have thought through a lot of things and there are many small details that make it a genuine and comfortable home. We will be back :)

Şehir kalabalığından kaçıp kurtulmak için güzel bir yer. Sakin dinlendirici ev sahibi de bize karşı çok kibardı. Evin teras alanında akşamları manzaraya karşı gündüz ise doğaya karşı güzel bir manzara var. Her şey için teşekkürler. Beşik gibi sallanarak uyumaya hazır olun güzel oluyor

Super kuca za porodicni odmor. Ima mnogo mesta i razne opcije za zanimaciju i sportske aktivnosti. Tijana i njeni roditelji su jako prijatni i komunikacija je bila mnogo ugodna. Gornji deo kuce sa kupatilom nije mnogo moderno opremljeno, ali je sasvim prijatan, i komforan i cist. Hvala puno!

We had a lovely stay at the house by the Danube. It’s right on the water and has a lovely garden. We ate delicious freshly caught fish and tomatoes from the garden. We also went on a river cruise with Anamarijas dad which was fun.

This countryside house turned out to be the perfect place for our large family. We had an unforgettable time by the river, enjoying the picturesque scenery and fresh air. The house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I’d like to especially mention the swimming pool, which became the main source of fun for both children and adults. Great thanks to Mirela for hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was very helpful and attentive throughout our visit, making sure we had everything we needed. The flat itself is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for families. One of the highlights was the pool, conveniently located on the same floor – we used it every day! The location couldn’t be better; it’s within a walking distance to the city center, yet still in a peaceful area. The apartment offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back!

Wunderschöne Gegend, Kommunikation war einfach Tipp Top sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt.... In der Küche gab es alles von Gewürzen bis zur Wein und Rakija... Badezimmer super sauber viele Handtücher sowie auch Bettwäsche. Nur zum empfehlen.

From the first day, it felt just like home with everything required for a long stay (abt 3 months +) being available. The apartment is located in an ideal area where you are within a walking distance to most points of interest while also being close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Public transportation (buses and tram) is nearby and can be easily used to visit all the city. We highly recommend Ivan and Milica. Their cooperation and support is exemplary and they respond immediately to any message/query that is sent. We will for sure stay there on our next visit to Belgrade Ivan and Milica thank you very much!

Spacious apartment, with a good kitchen set-up and grocery store nearby making it easy to cook, and the apartment is in a great location with lots of nice restaurant's and cafes nearby. I will stay hear again next time I am in Belgrade.

Ilija je jedan veoma dobar i ljubazan domaćin...Uvek je odgovarao na sva pitanja i potrudio se da sve protekne u najboljem redu.Ono sto mi se najvise svidelo je blizina reke i divno zelenilo sa puno drveca kada sedite na balkonu...Veoma mirno i prijatno i divno mesto za setnju i odmor.
