Very warm, comfortable apartments. Felt like home. Very close to all attractions, transport

Milos był wspaniałym gospodarzem. Bardzo otwarty i sympatyczny. Świetna komunikacja, chętnie odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze pytania. Polecił nam mnóstwo fantastycznych restauracji z pysznym jedzeniem. Mieszkanie znajduje się w genialnej lokalizacji, w samym centrum Belgradu. Większość atrakcji można zwiedzić pieszo. Wszystko pomiędzy cerkwią Św. Sawy i Twierdzą Kalemegdan jest dostępne w zasięgu spaceru. Do tego restauracje i sklepy. Samo mieszkanie jest na piątym piętrze budynku przy dużej ulicy (jest winda:)) dzięki czemu, łatwo dojechać samochodem, a widok z okien na nowoczesną zabudowę miasta jest bardzo przyjemny. Do naszej dyspozycji był salon z częścią jadalną, aneks kuchenny, sypialnia i łazienka. Wszystko dobrze wyposażone, czyste i komfortowe. Mimo zimowego pobytu w mieszkaniu było ciepło. Milos osobiście przekazał nam klucze. Czuliśmy się komfortowo. Parkowanie możliwe jest w strefie parkowania na ulicy jak i w pobliskim garażu. To dość dogodne opcje jak na centrum, ceny ok.

This is quite spacious, all furnished apartment with microwave dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi is pretty good. Several playgrounds around the building. a lot of cafes and services like currency exchange, hairdressing, post office, private parking. So it is really useful and comfortable flat in a place with developed infrastructure

I booked this place for my parents. They had a great stay in Belgrade! Milanka was very friendly and welcoming — she made them feel right at home. The apartment was spacious and calm, perfect for group of four. It wasn’t very sunny inside, but it was clean, tidy, and comfortable. A lovely bonus: they got to taste some rakija, which added a nice local touch to the overall experience! :)

We spend some wonderful days in dragans House. It was super cosy and perfect for some days in the countryside if you need some slowly and quiet days. The labrador in the Garden was our Highlight he is super sweet also always wants to play :) Dragans parents were super friendly and nicely looked after us! We highly recommend the place.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

The weather was rough this time but the kids still enjoyed themselves. The ponies stayed closer to the house where they were easier to pet and the children enjoyed playing with some of the indoor toys. The picnic area at the house stays dry in the rain so it continues to be possible to be outside even in poor weather. I think there were more swallows (small birds) out in the rain than I have seen before. I recommend the path that goes between the public park and the Orthodox Church near by for bird watching. Overall good to be back. I appreciate diligence of the owners to fix things when normal house issues come up once in a while. We look forward to returning rain or shine🙂

We had an amazing stay at the Danube villa. The view of the Danube from the villa was breathtaking. The villa was wonderful and nicely maintained. The host was very friendly and helped us with local recommendations. The next door restaurant is a must visit - we had lunch one day and breakfast another day and had lovely food. This place is worth a stay.

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

This house was wayyy better than the photo's! My guests were ALL super satisfied! The host was not only amazing but so was his wife that helped us a lot. I definitely put this in the top Airbnb's I've rented FOR SURE. (I travel for a living so that's a HUGE compliment). We will be traveling back for the same conference next year amd as soon as I have the dates, I'll be booking this lovely home again. Thank you for the great time!

I had such a lovely stay at Nemanja’s flat. They were always proactively reaching out to ensure everything was ok and whether I needed anything. I’ve never had that level of outreach before from a host. They even let me come a little earlier than the allotted check in time. The flat was even better than the photos (and the photos were great). I felt very comfortable in the space and it have everything, and more, that I needed for my stay. The bed was so comfortable. The WiFi worked great for working and I had a few zoom meetings with no issues. There was sometimes work being done during the day somewhere near but at night it was very quiet. The location was great and walking distance to so many different things. Also, easy to get down to the center area if that’s desired. I’d definitely recommend Namanja’s flat to anyone looking for a stay in Belgrade.

Gayet güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. 4 kişiydik ve hepimiz beğendik. Konum, iletişim ve ev çok iyiydi. Ev temizdi. Sadece yatak ebatları küçüktü. Bu büyük bir sorun değil ama geri bildirim olarak bunu verebilirim.

A very pleasant stay, quite and relaxing, very well cleaned. It was a bit hot from the central heating, but nothing serious. Oh, and Daniel was extremely pleasant person, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Proveo sam dve divne nedelje u ovom stanu. Stan je veoma lep, ukusno uređen i odlično opremljen – zaista ništa nije nedostajalo. Posebno su me obradovali mali detalji poput kafe, čaja, grickalica, pa čak i gela za tuširanje. Lokacija je centralna i savršena za istraživanje grada, a ipak je bilo prijatno tiho. Osećao sam se kao kod kuće i toplo preporučujem ovaj smeštaj. Hvala na sjajnom gostoprimstvu!
