These are great hosts. I booked several stays as I was re-locating to the area. They are responsive and the place is clean and cozy. They also have snacks for after a long day of travel and the location is safe and convenient.

The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

This place was great! Great location, felt safe and clean. Also close enough to the freeway that we could get anywhere we wanted. Everything was clean and exactly like described. Would stay here again, 10/10.

Roger and Kari's place was a home away from home for our family with three small children. The place was well accommodating to littles with access to child furniture (pack and play, high chair, etc) and was child proofed as well. The quiet inside and outside was much appreciated as a place to get away from all the San Diego/CA exploring! Roger and Kari were very responsive and understanding to the unpredictable life with our kiddos. Thanks for a great week!

Definitely recommend this studio. Great location in SD, easy/quivk to drive to other neighborhoods like Balboa park, Torrey Pines (City?), Ocean Beach, Old Town, Coronado, very nice surroundings around the studio, felt very safe. Love the layout of the studio, felt much bigger than anticipated actually. Very breezy and lots of natural light which we enjoyed very much. We loved the little desk area. Couch is perfect. Bed is really comfortable and perfect size kitchen if you stay longer than a weekend as we did. The bathroom totally met out needs. TJ's, Vons & Sprouts 5-10 mins. away. I was very impressed with everything. Anushka is really nice and helpful if you need anything. This studio has a great vibe. It's away from the main road, so quiet as well. We picked Mission Beach because it's away from the planes path, eg ocean beach, and this was totally worth it. We never had traffic going in or out of the neighborhood. Would definitely come back to this studio! Thank u!

Susan's place was in a beautiful neighborhood and just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was calm and felt safe.. exactly what we needed for a little last minute escape. I booked and was able to check in within a couple hours after. Susan was sweet and accommodating in the short amount of time I was there.

Small studio perfect to use as a home base for a friend's wedding in the area. the large double vanity with mirror made getting ready a breeze and there was generous closet hanging space with iron and board included. Exactly what we needed for the weekend.

We had such a wonderful stay this week! The home was absolutely beautiful — everything was spotless, cozy, and even more charming in person. Every little detail was clearly thought out to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Michael was an amazing host — so kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. You can really tell he cares about making the experience special. We truly appreciated all the extra touches and how easy he made everything for us. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

This is a cool place to stay near Mission Bay. It’s a great neighborhood to be in. The unit is small but functional. There is a pull down desk that was very useful. The beddings and linens were very comfortable. The bathroom and closet are spacious and some snacks are provided too. You do need to watch your step going into the closet - we tripped a few times on a small step leading in (I am kind of a klutz though). There is an outdoor patio area which should be nice in the warmer months. Unfortunately while we were there it was largely overcast and slightly drizzling so we didn’t really use it. Overall, a pretty good place to stay if you want to be in San Diego.

Sydnie’s place was perfect for our stay. We felt comfortable staying there. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay at Kim’s was perfect for our family!! She was amazing at communicating! She has everything you need and the location was great!!! I thought the backyard in the pictures was included to let my granddaughter run but we just had access to pool table and side breezeway. Still the view was AMAZING even on a cloudy day!!!

Zack and Gwen have a beautiful, cozy, peaceful place to getaway from all the hustle and bustle.. surrounded by gorgeous views (mountains), beautiful back yards just breath taking. Sweet Murphy (their doggy) just playful. Everything you need essentials are available there. Fast to respond to your needs or concerns. You can’t go wrong! We’ll certainly be going back again!!

We absolutely loved this tiny home! My husband and I visited Temecula for a wedding and this home was just an 8-minute drive from the winery where it took place. Old Town Temecula is also just a 15-20 min drive, making it easy to explore antique stores and try out restaurants. The home is peacefully quiet, super clean, and beautifully decorated. We appreciated all the small details from the water bottles with snacks to the makeup remover wipes. Lastly the bed was so incredibly comfortable!! We loved our stay and would absolutely come back!

I had a wonderful time staying at Barbara and Randy’s apartment. They’re both great hosts who are always there to help if you need anything. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. I felt right at home and can highly recommend it.

My 3 husky pups and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place was super tidy, massive TV, great indoor and outdoor shower and comfy bed. My dogs were obsessed with the front yard- soaking in the sun/sunset/night, they loved it! Dog beaches were only abt 10-20 mins (depending on time) away. Neighborhood was also super dog friendly! Mike is definitely one of our favorite host- well communicated, super friendly and kind to my pups (even my super nervous girl). Hope to come again soon!

This spot has a great location with a great brunch place within walking distance. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed walking to Caroline’s for brunch and exploring the area! We had a great time.

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The place provides great privacy with a little outdoor area for sitting and dining when the weather is warm. Jennifer was kind and responsive. I appreciated that expectations were clear without being overly rigid or regimented.

The place is pristinely clean and wonderfully convenient, exactly as described and photographed. The area is pleasantly quiet. Check in/out was a breeze, and Christie is very informative and responsive!

The stay was great and affordable! The drive was a bit longer than expected to San Diego because of traffic sometimes but that’s California traffic I guess. The host was so quick with responding and always helped us with whatever we needed! The area was beautiful and peaceful.

Wonderful place! We have stayed at Budd & Matt’s place before and hopefully will stay again. Excellent location and the view is amazing! Very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Comfortable King size bed, full kitchen, and lovely bathroom. Budd & Matt are fantastic hosts and their attention to detail is so appreciated.
