The house was very nice. Hot tub was a major plus! Chris was very helpful and responsive.

The is is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here, my son says it’s a “tradition”. The space was great to hangout with older kids, everyone has space yet we’re all still together. A perfect home base for exploring as well.

Cute house in a great location on campus!

Perfect setting. Lots of things for kids to do. Loved being right on top of the 2nd hole. Tiki Bar and music every night on the weekend was a plus.

Mindy was great from the start of the Airbnb and to the end! She was very responsive when we asked for local pizza recommendations in town and confirmed our questions without hesitation even when she was trying to enjoy her own Vacation! She was so nice and her home is amazing! Enjoyed the hot tub and how spacious her whole hole layout was. Would love to stay again here with my girlfriends.

This was a great place to stay on the south side of La Crosse, WI. Our host, Amber, was great to work with and was super responsive to questions, etc. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and dual living room areas. Having access to the garage space was another huge plus with the ice fishing gear we had to thaw out. The kitchen was well stocked with nice cookware and utensils - easy to find items and an abundance of space to prep meals! This place was by far the nicest we have ever stayed at! We highly recommend this rental and it would be great in the summer time as it has a really nice pool area and deck space!

The host was very responsive, plenty of space, beautiful backyard, hot tub working, plenty of utensils and dish ware if you’re planning to cook.

Great place for a writer's retreat. Truly a special place. Surrounded by nature, peaceful, yet a short trip to groceries and quirky, historic main street towns (well, we only made it to Mineral Point). My friends and I cozied up and wrote, enjoying a gorgeous view out the bank of windows, perfectly positioned for the evening sun to bathe the living room. Kitchen and baths well appointed. Hosts were friendly and communicative. I only wish we could have used the pool! Definitely will come back in summer.

Terrific stay at Simply Creekside. A friend and I fished area trout streams and the comfort, convenience and location was ideal at the cottage. Would happily book again.

I loved the house very clean an organized. I love the fact that its in the country an you dont have to worry about your things outside etc. Great place will rent again

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. It was exactly as pictured and even more comfortable. We will definitely stay again. We all appreciated the treats, sheets and towels making our dog feel comfortable, too!

great place lots of room and close to downtown area

This place was perfect for a relaxing weekend! It was comfortable and the area felt very safe. We got to enjoy a day on the lake which was fantastic. Jon was very responsive.

This is the second time we rented this property with a group of friends. We plan to stay there again when we return to visit La Crosse.

Everything was great with this stay! Clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was cold/rainy during my stay but if I get to stay there again, I'd love to sit out on the porches or have afire in the fire pit. Highly recommended!

Impressive restoration of the log cabin. The cabin was furnished very well with towels, extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one could wish for, and even extras, like basic baking and cooking supplies. Even a tabletop popcorn popper! 🍿 🍿. Very peaceful surroundings in the woods.

We had a great stay. Check in was easy and it was easy to find. The house was clean and nice and peaceful tucked back in the trees. There were plenty of towels int he bathroom. We enjoyed the hot tub and our kids liked the swings and ping pong table, and the bunk beds. It was about 42 minutes from Wisconsin Dells which we frequented. There is a state park nearby that we visited too. I will agree with other reviews to bring lots of bug spray as the mosquitos enjoyed the wooded area as much as we did. Overall a great stay!

TOP choice. We have stayed at every place in the area and this listing is one of our favorites. Kimberly was very quick to respond when I had a question. Had everything we needed an more. love the unqie and orginal upstairs. There is a park in walking distance that my 5 yr old could walk to and about 10 blocks away. public pool within walking distance as well. very quiet and pretty to just sit out and watch over the pond/lake

We loved the no smoking policy. The size of the house and floor plan were perfect for us.

We loved this house! Had everything we needed and although there is a train that runs at the end of the street, no horns blow, and it didn't bother us at all. My husband is sensitive to noise at night, and we both slept great! We would definitely stay here when we visit family in Lacrosse again.

When you find a place you love, you stay there again and again, and this is that place. I almost hate to tell everyone how much we enjoy this house, but what the heck - I'll share the love. We have visited Mineral Point over the years for various artist retreats and classes, and this is one of the best homes to rent. Perfect location, great host, gorgeous thoughtfully decorated home, and cozy as well. Great communication, east to park and lots of rooms to spread out. We were really happy that the weekend was warm enough to enjoy the lovely sunroom!

We had a lovely stay at Cindy's place. She was a communicative and helpful host. We would stay again.

Clean and easy airbnb to rent for a weekend with friends. Would have appreciated more dishwasher detergent, but not a big deal
