Beautiful place, right on the beach. Love the pools, right in the heart of VA Beach, and Missy set everything up to make getting in and out simple.

The condo is centrally located to all area attractions and major highways so you shouldn't have to drive more than 30 minutes to where you want to go. The condo itself had plenty of space for our family for the week we stayed there. The amenities that are on the property are also very nice and add value to your stay.

We enjoyed our 4-night stay here. It was extremely convenient to everything we wanted to do in Williamsburg. The room was nice and had great amenities. It was quiet and peaceful with many walking and bike trails.

The unit we received was clean and we enjoyed the in unit washer and dryer. It’s a little cramped when using the pullout couch. Kids loved the amenities like the arcade, mini golf, and pool. However, we had to use all the amenities at 7am because otherwise, they were overrun with so many people!!! We understood this was a timeshare unit and would be asked to attend a presentation, but that we could decline. We did decline, but they make you feel bad for declining and are still pushy to try to get you to do it. That was the worst part of the experience. Otherwise, we liked access to amenities and the location.

Scott sent us detailed instructions for check in which made the process easy. The apartment was well maintained and very clean. Furthermore, it was only a 5-minute drive from Colonial Williamsburg, our principal destination

Heidy was very responsive from the initial acceptance of my request to my check out. She provided detailed information about check-in, parking, the accommodations and local information. Check in was easy and the hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and well staffed with extra towels, even beach towels. There was plenty of closet and drawer space. The best part of each room was the adjoining balcony that provided beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Being on the 10th floor made it even that much better. We were able to enjoy 4th of July fireworks on the balcony without having to fight the crowds. The hotel offered a nice indoor pool and free parking. The garage was very tight and a little hard to maneuver if you had a minivan. The location of the hotel was great as it was on the south end and much less crowded. It was also right next to a couple of awesome seafood restaurants. I highly recommend Heidy’s Airbnb for a great beach getaway

Catherine is a great host. She is very responsive and full of knowledge of the area. The place is in the perfect location and we had the best seats in the house for the fireworks on the 4th of July! I will say is this isn’t like your typical suite. It is like 3 hotel rooms that are behind a locked door. But although it was different than what I expected it was great because it gave everyone their own space. That being said, I would definitely rent this place again. It was perfect for our family to be together, reconnect and make memories❤️

Exactly as advertised. The location was great due to the close proximity to all of the amenities( pool, tennis court, arcade, miniature golf, movie theater, kids park, fire pit, guest services). Check in was quick, and communication with Tahir was excellent. The Wyndham staff was just a text away and very friendly. Once the Wyndham adds a restaurant on-site, you don’t have to leave the premises. I would stay again.

Absolutely beautiful resort!!! We were so happy we booked through Donald, as well. He was wonderful to work with. Our rooms were beautiful, clean and we felt right at home. I cannot thank him enough for making our vacation a beautiful one. Pictures online are beautiful but they really don’t do Patriots Place justice. Even more beautiful in person. I cannot wait to come back again!!!! Thanks so much!
