Garden provided with barbecue set. The studio is situated at the back of the house, very peaceful and away from the street. Furry friends are welcome. The nearest beach is at 750m distance (less than 10 min walk). Supermarket, various restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, public laundry all situated within short walking distance.

Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Modern and fully renovated and upgraded holiday home from April 2024. Fit for up to four people. One bedroom, one bathroom house with spacious kitchen and living room. Extra couch that can be streched to fit two adult people. Pool with newly added heating and colling features. Add on sauna with olivegarden view. Free use of bikes, barbeque and badminton are some of the options to enjoy at the house.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Arena Golden Oldie Studio

Over a hundred years old, Golden Oldie house is situated only one block away from the Amphitheatre. Its interior has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021. Centrally located, the house is only 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from bars, pubs and restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, banks, ATMs, green and fish markets and the harbour.
