The castle and gardens are all of a 3 minute walk away from the doorstep. Medieval Lismore can be found at the foot of the Knockmealdown Mountains, you have numerous country walks, including the fabulous Saint Declan's Way. The Waterford Greenway Cycle path close by at Dungarvan. St Carthage's Cathedral tops it off!

Compact newly decorated double ensuite room with continental breakfast provisions provided. The accommodation comes with facilities for the secure and dry storage of bikes. With a host of added extras this accommodation has its own entrance and is a 20 minute walk ( via the Greenway if desired ) to the centre of Dungarvan. This accommodation is 5 minute walk from Abbeyside beach and a 10 minute from Abbeyside cove. The Studio is 300 metres from an entrance to the Greenway.

It’s located on Windmill Hill and has breathtaking views over the Blackwater River Estuary. It is also a short walk to historical landmarks such as the Clockgate Tower, the Old Town walls ,Restaurants , cafes, bars and the cinema .
