It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr bequem, sauber und perfekt für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Unsere Kleinen haben sich sofort wohlgefühlt – es gab genug Platz zum Spielen und sogar ein paar Spielsachen vor Ort. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

Logement parfait pour y passer une nuit près du parc Astérix et de Paris ! Très cosy et propre, comme a l’identique sur l’annonce. Côté très pratique, arrivée qui se fait en autonomie, sans contrainte horaire avec toutes les explications complètes. Très bonne communication avec Siham. A conseiller sans hésiter !

Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad, onze kinderen hebben vaak kunnen zwemmen en we konden in de tuin zitten en dineren. De kat en schildpadden kwamen regelmatig langs. In het huis kun je alles vinden wat je nodig hebt. Sophia is heel aardig en reageert heel snel. Het huisje is niet groot (zoals je ook op de foto’s kunt zien) en is best gehorig, de kids werden wakker als mijn man koffie ging zetten, maar daar hebben we later iets voor bedacht, het koffiezetapparaat in de badkamer zetten :) wij hebben ontzettend genoten en het weer was prachtig

This place was amazing! Best AirBnb we stayed at so far! We were a group that for 8 including a one year old. The house/garden was very beautiful, spacious and the driveway was big enough two large cars. We enjoyed stay and will book again if we are visiting the area again.

Une belle maison pour un groupe d'amis ou une famille. Nous avons vraiment apprécié la piscine et le jardin.

Rien à dire logement très bien équipé mon fils et ça fiancé on passer un très bon moment très réactif à n’importe quel heurs elle répond et trouve la solution rien à dire pour le départ tardif et la déco romantique au top je vous remercie et le logement et très bien équipé il il manque vraiment rien je recommande fortement et son marie très accueillant et souriant merci encore 🙏🙏

This is a perfect place for a short stay in Paris. It is very convenient for the metro line, just a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and the house is in close proximity to a supermarket and boulangerie. The host and hostess were most welcoming, even coming around with croissants on our first morning. The house is spacious and very clean - it is equipped with all the mod-cons. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison lors d'un séjour entre collègues, et tout s'est très bien passé.Les consignes d'arrivée étaient claires, la maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et très bien située. Nous avons pu profiter de l'espace commun pour travailler et nous détendre après le travail, et la cuisine était parfaite pour préparer nos repas en groupe. De plus, les chambres étaient confortables. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour des séjours professionnels ou entre amis !

Maison spacieuse, joliment décorée, bien chauffée et bien entretenue. Bien située en proche banlieue de Paris dans un cadre inattendu. Christine la propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante. Petite bouteille de blanc pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. La chatte Louna a rendu notre séjour avec les enfants encore plus agréable. Merci à Christine et à sa famille.

Séjour inoubliable ! Dans un superbe logement décoré avec goût, tous les équipements/matériaux sont d'une grande qualité. La situation est idéale à quelques pas de la ligne 1 qui mène au centre historique de Paris en quelques minutes ! Calme et privé, vraiment le meilleur endroit pour séjourner aux abords de Paris avec tous les avantages sans les inconvénients. Nous avons vraiment adoré.

Hote très sympathique, logement très calme et agréable à proximité des commerces

Je viens de passer une semaine dans le logement, j ai ete acceuillit par le papa d Axelle sociable sourrire chaleureux et tres clair sur les intructions, la petite maison etait propre et bien equipee, la cour interieure est un + ainsi que l emplacement pour garer son vehicule. Je recommande vivement ce bien. Je ne comprends pas du tout les deux avis negatifs sur 57, je pense que ses personnes sont vraiment de mauvaise fois. Gros Merci Axelle pour ce bien exceptionnel a prix raisonnable.

Deuxième séjour et toujours aussi bien accueillis. Logement impeccable, très confortable. Idéal pour se remettre d’un séjour à Disneyland avant de rentrer à la maison ! Hôtes très sympathiques qui répondent rapidement aux questions.

Bruno’s place feels like a home away from home. He was very responsive and was there to check us in and show us around. Bruno’s place is spacious, well furnished and within walking distance of amenities I’d definitely recommend and would stay again

Martine est très accueillante et gentille. Personne très réactive. Aux petits soins. Son logement est très bien agencé et très propre. On s’y sent comme chez soi. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Une adresse à garder précieusement.

My stay at the house was very good overall. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the train, and you can reach the center of Paris in about 15 minutes, which was super convenient. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and cozy — it felt great to come back to after a day out in the city. There were just a few small things that could be improved. I missed having disposable slippers — I didn’t bring any with me due to limited luggage space, and ended up walking in socks, which got dirty pretty quickly on the floors. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shampoo provided in the bathroom, as we had to go out and buy it ourselves. One thing I didn’t quite understand was the requirement to strip all the bed linens upon checkout, especially since I had already paid an extra €150 for cleaning. It felt a bit unnecessary. Still, these were very minor issues. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Nous nous rendons à Paris pour le concert de mon cousin et très franchement le mari de Baboune nous a très bien accueilli, il nous à offert du thé à l’arrivée, le logement était propre et les photos du logement correspondaient aux logements réels !! Baboune est très gentil, réactive et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions ! Je la recommande vivement. Merci pour tous et j’espère à très bientôt Fatihia

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. Above all, it was the kindness and attentiveness of our host, Marc san, that made this stay an unforgettable experience. Best, Haruo from Tokyo

Il n'est pas facile de se loger à 10 sur Paris et sa banlieue proche, aussi, même si la maison est assez éloignée du centre de Paris, avec obligation de prendre des transports en commun fatigants, ce fut une belle adresse à retenir qui nous permettait de nous reposer dans le confort. Le jardin avec ses arbres fruitiers tout en fleur, rempli de chants de mésanges charbonnières fut amplement apprécié. Merci à Hamza !

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.
