Molinu is located in the heart of the historic centre of Santu Lussurgiu. You will be welcomed by a unique atmosphere, with 4-metre-high ceilings and majestic stone vaults framing the ancient olive presses. The house has everything you need: a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob. For sleeping, there is a comfortable double sofa bed. The house also features a charming mezzanine surrounded by stone vaults, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom also includes a washing machine.

Trattasi di abitazione di recente recupero con pietre e travi in legno resa funzionale e confortevole con il rifacimento degli impianti. Il piano terra è costituito da ampio soggiorno, cucina completa, camera matrimoniale, grande bagno con doccia, vasca e lavatrice; al piano superiore si trovano un soppalco, due camere matrimoniali e un altro bagno con ampia doccia. La casa è ad esclusiva disposizione degli ospiti ad eccezione di una camera, utilizzabile su richiesta. La casa rurale è situata in un terreno di 3 ettari, a pochi passi dal Santuario campestre di San Mauro e a circa 400 metri dal parco archeologico di "Biru e concas" con i famosi menhirs del 3.300 ac. La località, ricca di prati, boschi e vigneti, é l'ideale per godersi la natura e l'archeologia, anche con visite guidate, la cucina tradizionale accompagnata dagli ottimi vini locali.

The pool is private for the exclusive use of those who rent the house and is not to be shared. A large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed, if necessary, it is possible to add a folding bed) a large bathroom that includes both a bathtub and a shower. The garden has a table made of beautiful local marble and it is fully furnished with umbrellas and chairs and everything you need including a comfortable outdoor shower.

Spacious Studio, lake view and bath

Cozy nest with bath, kitchenette and lake view. This room is part of a bigger guesthouse, but has independent access. In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.
