L'appartamento è collocato al primo piano di una villa bifamiliare abitata al piano terra da Rossella e Riccardo. I posti auto sono custoditi all'interno della villa recintata. Fortemente consigliata l'auto per spostarsi. Non ci sono mezzi pubblici.
