Wonderful spot, within easy walking distance of Old Town and hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood. The home was comfortable, with many extra touches, and a nice, bright kitchen. It was perfect for our stay while I attended the Verde Valley Bird Festival at Dead Horse Ranch State Park, which was only a couple of miles away. Very dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

A very clean and comfortable place, fully equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen, as well as laundry facilities. The beds are comfortable with white hotel-style sheets, and the same goes for the towels. The bathrooms are also very clean and well-stocked. What I liked the most is that they provide bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

Another terrific stay at Susana’s property. When we return to PV to visit friends the house is always clean and amenities are more than advertised. The kitchen is supplied with appliances, cookware, dishes and everything to accessorize. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean, modern & peaceful with plenty of soap products and linens supplied. Everything is as advertised and more. Susana knows how to host a bnb. She is kind, responsive & cares that her renters are happy & comfortable. We will always reserve Susanas bnb when we travel to PV.

After a full day of hiking West Fork Oak Creek Trail in Sedona (about 6.6 miles round trip), my family and I decided to book a last-minute stay and we are so glad we found this place! Everything about the home was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Joanne made the whole process so easy. She confirmed our stay quickly and provided clear and helpful instructions, which made checking in a breeze. After a long day outdoors, it was the perfect spot to unwind and relax. We would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free stay near Sedona!

This was our second stay and we will be back. The location is ideal - there is a lot to do within walking distance. The house comfortably slept 12 adults. It has a good amount of bathrooms and space. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Overall a great place to stay.

Stepping out the front door to the breathtaking view of Thunder Mountain could not have been beat. The house was clean, incredibly spacious and had everything we needed - and more - to feel at home. The house is close enough to stores and shops but in a nice tucked away neighborhood that is so quiet and beautiful - It's a gem!

As good as it gets! Wonderful stay in a very nice residential neighborhood with an amazing backyard for relaxation. House is very well appointed for all of your needs and comfort. Great location just 2 blocks off SR 89. Close to eateries, groceries, and entertainment. Highly recommend this rental for a stay in Sedona.

Our stay was amazing! We instantly felt right at home, and the nature that surrounded us was extremely calming. We have small children and our host had so many fun extra toys to play with. There were many extra touches in the home that we appreciated. Mj and Elizabeth were responsive and very kind. I recommend this place to anyone, especially extended stays.

This rental has the perfect location in downtown flagstaff. Beautifully updated. It was perfect for our little family. It is easy to hear people and cars down on the street, especially for us having spent new years here. But that is to be expected being in the heart of downtown. The building is very nice overall, well updated, well kept. We would definitely stay here again!

Had been a long drive from Minnesota. And it was nice to see everything already and clean and comfortable. We stayed an entire week and certainly never ran out of things to do. Relaxing evenings reading.

Beautiful accommodation in a lovely, quiet part of Flagstaff while still being close to everything. The cottage was so thoughtfully set-up, with a coffee grinder and maker, lots of teas, a cupboard of toiletries in case you forgot anything, TV streaming services for nights in. We had everything we could have wanted, a super comfy bed, and a great night’s sleep after every day spent visiting the Grand Canyon (~80 mins drive).

This Airbnb was what we expected for our short Trip to Grand Canyon and Sedona. I love how it’s located in the town of Flagstaff. Very convenient with shops and restaurants. Loved the brewery downstairs. My fiancé and I enjoyed a quick bite and beers after a long day of hiking. Kelly the host is great at checking in with you and also very quick at responding. Great place to book if ur looking to visit Grand Canyon and Sedona.

Cozy and felt right at home. Patty was very responsive and helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. A short drive and convenient to everything. Will definitely return. Great location.

Judy’s place was extremely clean and well provisioned. It’s evident Judy takes great care and pride in her properties. She was also very helpful with recommendations. This was an excellent stay for our visit. We walked into town several times - it’s very close, but the street was still quiet - really the best location combination. The listing notes there is no air conditioning. During our stay in April, temperatures were unusually warm. There are multiple operable skylights that help the heat to escape, but I would be reluctant to stay in this upper floor unit in the heat of the summer.

The space was very quiet and surrounding was beautiful. The apartment was clean and inviting. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall, the space was perfect for my small group. Thank you again for your hospitality.

We loved our time at Nick’s place! It was the perfect spot! It was close by cathedral rock, the chapel, and bell rock which were all on our itinerary! We would absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I enjoyed a very nice 2 night stay in April 2025. The "home" was as described; comfortable and well appointed with everything that we needed for our visit. We unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the outside patio as much as we wanted but that's because we were so busy -it's definitely a bonus if your time and the weather allows. The complex itself is very quiet and the ability to park literally a few feet from the front door was greatly appreciated. There are quite a few eating and shopping options within a 5 minute drive and the historic downtown shopping area is literally about 10 minutes from the front door. You are also fairly close to any number of outdoor activities that the (greater) Flagstaff area has to offer - we enjoyed exploring and hiking the Sunset Crater Volcano National park which is a very short drive from Alex's unit and there are many other such outdoor activities close by. Really enjoyable stay and highly recommened.

The views at Vista Ridge can’t be beat! Peaceful, extremely clean and very comfortable in a great location. We would certainly stay there again!

Pictures and description exactly matched the condo. It was on the edge of Sedona proper in a very nice complex near a great small grocery store and coffee shop and bakery. I reached out to Laura upon getting to Sedona to see if we could check in a bit early and were able to do that (an hour early). Easy entry with a code to the door. Very clean condo. Enjoyed the space and ability to cook. Great TV(s) - easy to login in to. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of our hiking days. I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Terri’s place. The location was very close to the hiking trails, restaurants, a few shops, and a golf course (so we ended up playing even though golf wasn’t originally part of our plan). Terri’s place was very clean and comfortable. Communication was also excellent from before we arrived to after we checked out. Thank you, Terri! We would definitely stay again.

I was very honored that I got to stay at Daniel's condo! It was so much fun and lots of hiking places to do it and with a hot tub to soak your bones when you're done. This was my first time renting an Airbnb so I hope I did well 😄

Great location just outside of Sedona which was great for avoiding the traffic during high tourist peak season. The accommodations were wonderful, plenty of space, clean and cozy. The location was also walkable to many restaurants, groceries and more. Host was also very communicative and everything was exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!
